- Very disappointing experience. Before I even arrived, the hotel marked me as a “no-show” and charged my card, even though my stay hadn’t started yet. Because of this mistake, I was unable to check in when I got there. No proper explanation or solution was offered. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and potential loss of money.

Rooms are very clean and tidy. There was housekeeping everyday. The people here are so helpful and accommodating and very friendly. Javaidan was very helpful and very polite. Love it

Hotel was a good value for money. The staff was friendly. They cleaned very good on a daily basis. Location is good, few hundred meters from Galata Tower. Little bit tough to climb up the hill, but there is always M2.

The staff was really helpful during our stay. The room is clean and bed is comfortable. The location is perfect just few minutes walk to Galata tower. Unfortunately, we are in 4th floor with a narrow and quite steep and spiral stairs. Luckily, the staff carry our luggage to our room which we really appreciate.

It was a good location close to everithing we want to see, , very clean, excellent personal, quiet, close to subway and Galata Tower, many places to eat local food also with nice persons to serve, very nice Bazar was closed on Sunday and I did't know. Coudn't find a specific Chocoltate or a supermarket close by, but I didn't try hard enough

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, close to Galata Tower, Taksim Square, and the Golden Horn, with easy access to buses and the metro. The hotel is very clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Our flight arrived late, but Mr. Soltan made our late-night check-in smooth and easy. Highly recommended!
