I really enjoyed the hotel's location. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was also very good. The room was a bit small, and the bed was smaller than expected. However, it was comfortable, and I had a pleasant stay.

The staff first of all, at the reception, at the breakfast space, the cleaning ladies, very helpful and gentile. The location is perfect, in the center of taksim near to the metro. The breakfast was really nice. The beds very comfortable. I'll definitely come again at this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel for 7 days. The property is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The rooms were comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming. Every part of the property was thoughtfully designed, making my stay relaxing and enjoyable. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. I truly felt at home and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay. I would be happy to return in the future To my mind everything was perfect

Everything was just great, perfect location and neighborhood, clean and comfy rooms, the staff are super helpful, Mr. Radwan and Mr. Ahmad, all other staff Ahmad, Güler and others, there is nothing to complain about, would definitely recommend and would go again.

Location is perfect. Excellent value against money. The team was very helpful and nice, we had multiple interactions with Ridvan in the reception, Guler during breakfast who was always smiling and offering genuine help to everyone and Baran who helped us with the luggage and they were always supportive and very nice to us.

We highly recommend Aven Hotel for its perfect location, welcoming atmosphere, and excellent customer service. We would definitely stay here again. We had a wonderful stay at Aven Hotel. The location is excellent it’s right next to the metro station and just a short walk from Taksim Square, İstiklal Street, and Galata Tower (about 10–20 minutes on foot), making it very convenient for sightseeing and getting around Istanbul.

Great location, very convenient. The staff were the real highlight, friendly and genuinely trying to find us better options. We also really enjoyed the breakfasts. We had to change rooms four times (economy and standard) because they were in poor condition or didn’t match what we’d paid for. All the rooms (ground and first floor) were very run-down. The main problem was the air conditioning, which is essential in summer: the units are cracked, dusty and clearly never cleaned. In some rooms they barely cooled at all; in others they cooled but blew out dust and a bad smell, so we couldn’t use them for long. Several rooms had windows that wouldn’t open, so it got very stuffy. In one first-floor room the window faced a courtyard with an extractor fan that ran at night and pushed a burnt smell inside, so keeping it open wasn’t an option either. There were also cracks in the walls and bathrooms, one shower cabin didn’t close because a panel was missing, and the fridge in the standard room didn’t work and smelled disgusting. We were told a standard-room fridge “isn’t required to work”.
