The people working were really nice but I hated that it was no room service No room service , not a real hotel , not worth for the price in my opinion , no nice restaurant or lobby or rooftop or pool . I paid a lot of money but stayed in way better places for all inclusive before for less

Booked the penthouse, worst experience of our lives. No room service, no one speaks English, staff not helpful. Not sure how this hotel was labelled as “4 star”. I recently conducted surgery, and had no help whatsoever from the staff. Three hours into check-in, had to abandon our pre paid 5 night penthouse and check in another hotel.

We had stayed in the Loft Suite and everything was perfect. Room cleaned daily, coffee/tea restocked daily and etc. Reception staff were extremely kind and helpful. None

It was in the neighborhood we wanted to be in. The room was spacious with places to hang our clothes. One of the elevators did not seem to work.

All was perfect besides one thing our number was placed with windows to a main street that was providing a lot of nose at the night Location of our number

Rooms were very spacious, very clean and the employees were extremely friendly and polite. I stayed there for a week There is nothing I didn’t like

Breakfast was wonderful: delicious, high-quality, and very well organized. The room was cleaned perfectly, everything was tidy and fresh. The location is excellent - close to everything. Yes, it can be a little bit noisy, but once the windows are closed, you sleep very well, especially with such a comfortable bed :) The only small suggestion would be to update the towels, as they are already a bit worn. But this is just a minor detail and didn’t affect our stay at all. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here. We would gladly come back!

Location is one of the best in Asian part of Istanbul

The location was very good. Close to where we liked to be so very convenient for us. Staff was very helpful and professional. They can put a better quality of bottled water in the rooms.

Clean and helpful

Our location was excellent for our needs, with easy access to shops, the seashore, and the İstanbul transit system (ie. buses, trains, subway system). There was a plethora of restaurants and cafés nearby, the lush and tulip filled GÖZTEPE 60. YIL PARKI, as well as the CRAFT BEER LAB located on the ground floor of the BROYT HOTEL. Our hotel staff was very courteous and enthusiastic, including the room service.

I enjoyed how spacious, clean, and modern my room was, along with the kind and helpful staff. My first impression of Istanbul was wonderful due to the friendly attitude of staff. Location is on the main road so it was very convenient with lots of restaurants and things to do nearby. The option to purchase individual dishes for breakfast would be appreciated rather than having to purchase the full breakfast package. This option is only reserved for non guests. Regardless, breakfast was delicious.

Excellent location. Good breakfast. Excellent service. Staff are helpful. Bed was not firm enough but this depends on preferences.

The location for Kadıköy is really great - lots of cafés and restaurants, the bay is not far and if you need to go to Büükada or Moda - there is a ferry in 10 minutes by taxi. The room was ok, but it was noisy on Friday and weekends because of the bar/restaurant downstairs. And it was quite dusty in the room. Though in general the facilities were good.
