Cosy room, the owner cleaned it often and replaced the towels. There was a kettle and a fridge which were very useful. Location excellent. No complaints!

Everything was good the manger was so helpful and nice. Just make sure to contact them there’s no reception. 10/10 ?

We came on April 10-17 - Top location - This is a great place to come, take some rest, and go to explore Istanbul - The room was quite small, but it had everything needed - Best value for money

The owner is very nice and helpful, the apartment is very very good and comfortable, to be honest I loved everything there, it closed to Sultan Ahmet.

We had a wonderful stay at Burak Apart Hotel. The host welcomed us warmly and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The area felt very safe, and we were comfortable walking around even late at night. The location is excellent—many major attractions are within walking distance, including the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. It’s also close to shops, restaurants, and other conveniences, making it easy to explore the city on foot. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay, and we would happily recommend it.

Amazing location close to the Grand Bazaar and public transportation yet still quiet and secluded. The staff is very accommodating and the rooms are extremely comfortable

There isn't a check in desk, so coordination can be difficult. Make sure you can call the owner while in Istanbul so that you can check in.

Great location! Simple but worked well for us. The host allowed us to check in early and was very responsive. Thanks for the stay! It wasn’t exactly like the pictures but that’s okay! We didn’t need a big space as we spend most of our time outside exploring

Very nice and helpful host. Great location, only 10-15 min. walk from Grand Bazar and Hagia Sofia. In the centre of the old town. Tram no. 1 also very close. Many restaurants and shops around the hotel. The room was quite small but great for the price. They cleaned the room every day.

Good walking distance from old town Shower head needs replacing, kitchen was dirty and air-conditioning was loud

Sinan was very welcoming and our stay was a 10/10, I would definitely recommend.

Rooms were stuffy and small . No cleaner brought my own toilet rolls. Charged me 50 euro as I got some tinted tan on the sheets which would have washed out perfectly I've worn it 30 years. Left a review on Google and he replied very rude and aggressive just look at Google reviews please
