Location is perfect Cleanliness was bad there was a red stain on my bed and I saw it all the days of the stay so they dont change the bed covers

Room was really small. Not worth it.

The stairway is too narrow and steep, and thus not good for seniors and people with bad knees/feet.

the reception was friendly and open to help. the location is very favorable to explore the city but it's basically a tourist hub with every business nearby targeting the tourists. the rooftop has a good view even though i didn't get to enjoy it since it was raining the room wasnt particularly clean but decent. the bathroom was too narrow and the AC didnt work during winter. the breakfast staff wasnt very professional and was always speaking a slavic language while at service.

kicked us out late at night saying he for some reasons dont have rooms left, even tho my booking was reserved few days ahead, they simply assumed we wont show up and left no room for us. stuff blamed it on booking.com payment but they left us no room in first place nor they had any other room empty, so clearly its a lie. plus they’re hidden within another hotel. u see hotel sign but no entrance. u have to enter the hotel next to it.

Location is very good! Personal is perfect. Toilet was broken, water leaked on the floor. Shower’s door is crazy, everything is small. In any other place for same or less price 4-stats hotel with more quality. Room in reality is far away from picture’s presentation. The light above the bed doesn’t work. I’m upset.

The room was so small and smaller than pics , i order a room the room with city view but i got one at the back of building . The bathroom was with no air fan and the hot water was not available all the time because it has central heating chiller.

Did not stayed in room , total different from website and reality, had to canceled. Hotel refused to return money.

The staff were exceptional, and Mr. Hussein in particular was outstanding. He was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and professional in dealing with guests and resolving any issues promptly. ?

Location was very good. One of the grey haired Front Desk Manager and a helper boy, rest of the staff was crude, l;oud mouth and arrogant, Everything unsatisfactory.... Hotel has two buildings, five floors each, the board outside the building reads Hurriyat only and every group kept searching for "Grand Hurriyat Hotel", one portion has lift but the other is without it and the stairs are so small that one can not climb with a box....poor small ill equipped small toilets where one could not shave or wash hands on a small ultra tiny basin. In double and triple rooms one had to jump on each other to reach for the shoes or slippers. No place to put luggage even. No water bottles, neither glasse nor cups except a kettle. shabby and poor used mattresses. looking mirrors in the toilets were12' x 18' and fixed in corner... pathetic hotel with very poor standard of breakfast as well as poorly mismanaged service where guest kept on waiting for plates, cups and cutlery which were washed again and again. There are many more aspects but in my over 20 visits to Turkey this has been the worst and embarrassing for me as my co-workers and staff with me (9persons) stayed for 8 long days and it was a retreat excursion.

Friendly advice, you can find better for cheaper

I didn't like that the bathroom wasn't clean, the breakfast can be better. The elevator isn't in the ground floor so if you have bags you have to use the stairs to reach the elevator.

The breakfast was very good Location and atmosphere was good The internet was not satisfying
