The room was beautiful and the location was ideal for my stay. The staff were very friendly and kind. I love Istanbul My shower was faulty but it got fixed immediately once i informed them.

The staff is very helpful and friendly and helped us in finding places to vist to good restaurants, The rooms are clean and well equipped They clean the room once on 2 days and that too we need to ask multiple times .. this was not a big issue but could be improved, also the hotel is on a steep slope which can be little uncomfortable at times

We didn't realize our part of the hotel didn't have an elevator. It ended up being fine though and the staff helped with the luggage. Also seems like that area has been having some water cuts in the past couple months (~May 2025). The water went out for one night. But thankfully the hot water was running during that time.

I’ve been staying at this hotel for the past two years, and the experience has always been exceptional. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the rooms are consistently spacious, clean, and comfortable. A special shoutout to Erol, Malik, Emir, and Kadir — they’ve been outstanding hosts and always go above and beyond. Wishing them all the best. This will continue to be my go-to place to stay.

First day we don't have electricity, the electricity back at 23 at night .second day no water for toilet or taking shower ?‍??‍? for 18 hours .

Nice cozy accommodation with plenty of amenities. We only stayed for one night, so it wasn’t possible to really benefit from the room’s options. The location is great, walk easily to main central attractions! The toilet seat was unattached and the shower head, hand-held didn’t work well, I would suggest an repair or upgrade to those items.

Toilet was getting old and could have been better maintained. A hot tub was advertised but I wouldn't use it. Microwave needed cleaning to say the least.

Love the room because it has a kitchen to cook own meals it is also spacious And the staff is worlds most helpful staff!

The staff was very open and super kind. At the place you have everything. Reception, lobby, Terrace and the other things. Maybe I like the most small things like a free coffee or tea and cookie every day - little things means a lot. When we arrived there was no electricity but it wasn't their mistake.

Location is super with a great helpfull staff. Room could have been more children friendly like the furnitures were all of metal with the corners.

Nice room, spacious, great location and value for the money. I always wash a kettle before using it. The one in my room had grit in it and was too dirty to bother with. The tub was not good, the paint on it is peeling off.

The staff offered exceptional service - from needs related to our accommodation to tips and advice on how to travel around, what to see, what to do and what not to do + discounts if booked via the hotel. Free coffee and tea plus engaging and friendly conversations in the lobby - we got to learn a little bit about the country’s history and politics too! Loved the vibe and people here. N/A

The location is really good, the personal is amazing… always trying to help you with everything that we could need. The place has a pretty design, the only problem was the little bed, that was really hard for sleep.

Location is perfect to visit the main sites in Sultanahmet, you can easily walk everywhere without the need to get a taxi or public transportation. Staff is very kind and helpful! The room was very spacious for a family of 2 (2 adults and 1 toddler). The bathroom needs renovation for sure. I would also do the cleaning every day instead of every two days.
