Location was good walking distance to Aya sophia and blue mosque, evening walk on seaside. Because this hotel is situated in buzy area so it will be noisy early morning and late night.

The hotel is located in the old part of Istanbul, which gives it a very authentic atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful. Access to the hotel can be complicated, especially when arriving with luggage. While taxis are able to reach the property (we were picked up there at night), it can be difficult for drivers coming from the airport to stop directly nearby due to traffic, narrow streets, and limited space for turning around. The room was also quite small, and the hotel looks noticeably better in the photos than in reality.

Location, location, location. Staff was friendly and the place was mostly quiet despite being in a busy area. Great restaurants and sights nearby. The walls were a bit thin, the elevator could only hold 2 people (though we saw that in many parts of the city). The road was a back road which was very steep, so that's something to keep in mind if you're carrying luggage or traveling with people and the taxi drops you off at the bottom of the hill (not the hotel's fault though, their shuttle was great).

Location was good, historical center, next to main landmarks and close to tramway lines. The receptionist was very friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast was very basic and monotonous. The soundproofing in the hotel is very poor – not only can you hear everything going on outside, but you can also hear your neighbours talking and showering. The room wasn’t cleaned once during our week-long stay, although the towels were changed every day. Also I booked and paid extra for a room with a balcony, but it turned out that this was just the name given to a small ledge that you couldn’t even step out onto

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. The location was perfect, close to everything and very convenient. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Just few minutes walk to places worth visiting like the Egyptian Bazaar, it’s within the area with easy access to public transportation, and restaurants are just few minutes away. Buffet breakfast served at 8 to 10 AM down the basement room; and among the food options - potato chips, potato croquets, bread, eggs (boiled or omelet), flavorful cold cut or sandwich meats, variety of desserts, jam and butter, fresh vegetables and greens, coffee and tea, fruit juices and drinking water. It is a cozy hotel along the corner of narrow street with many other hotels in line. It has 4 floors and 2 underground floors and has lift/elevator maximum for 2 persons with luggages; can actually fit around 4 persons but one time, the lift did not move when there were 4 people in. Inside the room has wooden floor, has blackout curtains, a wardrobe with plenty hangers and a safe underneath, with comfortable bed, pillows, and beddings to sleep on. Barely hearing any noise from outside. There’s small TV, a working airconditioner/heater with remote control, a small quite broken fridge, electric kettle (offers complimentary mineral water, coffee, tea,sugar and disposable paper cups), table and chair. There’s plenty of power plugs and outlets with Type F plugs so may need suitable adaptors. They provide disposable slippers, toilet papers, bath towels; there’s hand soap, hair shampoo and conditioner in bottles attached to the walls. There’s a hairdryer. Cold or hot water in taps and shower with good pressure. Toilet has working exhaust fan. It is generally comfortable place for short stays/visit and the only thing making it quite uncomfortable is some sewage-like smell coming through the bathroom drainage. Not really strong smell but of course it will be better to have sweet-smelling bathroom.
