I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, with everything you need just a short walk away. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. The food was absolutely delicious.

The hotel is excellent. All the employees, especially Sakir, are very kind. The hotel is highly recommended, good location, everything is clean.

Staff was friendly and whatever I asked if they had it , it was given to me right away. Betrayal: before I confirmed the payment on my room, I called the hotel to verify the size of the bed in a double bed room, I was told a king bed that can be spit into 2 beds if I wanted to. When I checked in my room had a queen bed and when I tried to dispute, I was told that the hotel has only queen beds that can be spit into 2 twins.

The hotel is on a reasonably quite and very low traffic street yet it is right in the heart of tourist attractions of Fatih. No need for a car or expensive tour guides, most attractions can be walked to in minutes like the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and just a little further are the Grand Market and Spice (Egyptian) Market. For your trip to the Spice market you may want to take a taxi back to the hotel because of the steep hills. However, if group tours are your thing then Tamor at reception can help with all the arrangements. He can also help with airport transfers and provide suggestions for local restaurants. If you want to dine in, the hotel has a sister hotel across the street with a rooftop restaurant that has great views and service. Unfortunately, the food is average. Overall due the great location and Tamors assistance along with the other staff the hotel gets a thumbs up form my wife and I. That said, the hotel itself is not impressive. Referencing our room on the first floor, it had several deficiencies like the curved shower doors on the very small shower that would not close properly, a broken a frame around the TV, a safe that didn’t work and that wasn’t fastened to anything and a couple of other minor things. And, as other guest have commented the breakfast is okay but nothing more.

Clean and wonderful staff I loved the property

Breakfast is really bad, mixture of stuff that you don’t know; mixing labneh and cheese with other veggies. Tea finished one of the days and there was no refill!

The personnel is very helpful and friendly, location is excellent, glbreakfast is great. Hotel is very nice…wonderful place!

The view from the rooftop terrace was fantastic — you could see the Blue Mosque as well as both the sunrise and sunset over the sea. The breakfast room, located just one level below the terrace, was lovely too. You could enjoy your breakfast while watching seagulls fly above the ocean. The property was just steps away from the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, which is a major plus when staying in Istanbul. The staff kindly recommended some tours during check-in, which I appreciated. Personally, I would have felt more comfortable receiving this kind of information via private message — it feels more relaxed and gives me time to consider. That said, the front desk staff were very friendly and kind throughout my stay, and their helpful attitude was truly appreciated.

This hotel in Sultanahmet is steps away from the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia and the major Square. A couple of bus stops away is the entrance to the Grand Bazaar. Very comfortable hotel and knowledgeable staff. The delicious breakfast is on a rooftop patio with a great view. The hotel arranged round-trip taxi service from the airport.

Great location, clean and comfortable. Noise from neighboring rooms was very loud, along with people going in and out of their rooms. The breakfast could have been better, it was lacking.

Exceptional

Great location - 5 mins to main old town attractions. Reception staff - Tamer and Muslin - friendly, very hospitable, courteous, they are the hotel’s biggest assets! Luggage storage - 2nd stay in this hotel, went to Cappadocia in between stays and staff kept my luggage, also kept luggage after we checked out due to late night flight and we were able to use the hotel’s terrace till drop off at airport Transportation to/from airport arranged with Tamer - on time and comfortable/clean vans with good drivers! Buffet breakfast with hot/cold items and stocked well. Our room has a small balcony that opens to front street; leaving door open allows food smell from restaurant across the street and noise from the street so we did not use the balcony.
