We stayed in the basement floor jacuzzi which had only small windows

It felt like home. It’s big and well equipped It’s on a hill but there is a shortcut to the main road.

Location actually is good but the route to hotel includes a climb up the hill. But it is bearable. Fatih bey was very hospitable and helped us with valuable advices. My expectations were greater than it was in reality. On the photos apartment seems bigger than it is. There is no complimentary tea or coffee.

The place is very nice and good for families and the staff is very helpful. Nothing.

Stayed here for 3 nights with my family. Rooms were large and clean, which was the main thing for us. Location is convenient, close to Taksim. Check-in was smooth. Would stay again.

The place was only 10 min away from Taksim square, very quite, clean and recently renovated. It might be slightly challenging for families traveling with baby/stroller to get to the place (Istanbul is basically hilly so nothing wrong with the hotel). But it was not a big deal and we very much enjoyed our stay. The price is absolutely a plus.

Nothing The location is in scary suburbs The Smell of the full building is cigarettes, including the apartments, my son and daughter which are 4 years old are asthmatic and that was so bad. My booking was made for the full stay i had to ask for a refund they deducted a charge of more than 3 nights even I didn’t stay! The toilet was leaking The floors were all dusty The view was mentioned garden however it was a wire they put on jail fences with a dirty shorts hanging on it with residential buildings all around, you can see the inside of the people houses from the widow!

Unsanitary and Unpleasant Environment: The room had a persistent and unpleasant odor that was pervasive and difficult to ignore. It was clear that a very strong air freshener had been used to mask this smell, which only created another issue; the artificial scent circulated strongly through the rooms whenever the air conditioning was on. Once the strong fragrance dissipated, the underlying unpleasant odor became overwhelmingly evident. Furthermore, the overall cleanliness was deeply concerning, with visible dirt and a lack of proper maintenance. Note: If you don’t believe me, please look at one of hotel guest that has left similar review on Hotels.com Safety and Accessibility Concerns: At a mere 2.5 x 1.5 feet on shorter side and 2.5 x 2.5 feet on the longer side, the shower area was not just inconvenient; it was a significant flaw in the room's design. This exceptionally tight space made it impossible to use comfortably and safely, raising serious concerns about a lack of basic accessibility and functionality. Lack of Basic Comforts: The mattress in our room was extremely uncomfortable, causing notable back pain ( we just laid down on the bed upon check-in into the room for 5-10minutes). Combined with the unpleasant odor, this made a good night's rest impossible, which is a fundamental expectation of any hotel stay. Non-Functioning Equipment: The state of the room's equipment was also a significant issue. Several items were not in working order, further demonstrating a lack of attention to guest comfort and a failure to maintain the property. As these issues represent a fundamental failure to provide a habitable and sanitary accommodation, we believe that the aggressive cancellation policy should not apply. A guest should not be penalized for canceling a reservation when the hotel has failed to deliver the services it promises.

The apartment is comfy. The host was very kind and nice. Couldn’t hear any calls to prayer. The walls are too thin, one can hear a conversation next door. Also they decided to do renovations in the mornings and even during the weekend, so that didn’t help.
