location first of all we dididn ger the rooms that we booked and thay did the payment more than the room cost -they didnt change the towel for 4 days -the door of the apartament didn locked well

very kind staff. whatever we needed they were willing to help with any problem we had The hotel was in a very bad location with a lot of noise from the clubs that were right below. The cleanliness is insufficient. We received a dirty room. The cleaning lady didn't come unless you asked her to.I don't recommend it. I won't go again

Very kind and hospitable staff, they speak several languages so It was easy to communicate and there is always someone in the reception 24h. The hotel is very clean and in a very good location in the middle of Taksim and there are many markets, restaurants and cafes just near the hotel. The noise from bars outside is a bit disturbing at night but it's something usual in Taksim.

There was no breakfast and no restaurant at all. First of all for 4 days the room not cleaned and not changing the towels either. In addition they stole from my room some very expensive clothes and their answer was that their police is with the part of the hotel. And they avoid meeting us vefore we left.
