the staff is kind The room is not what was shown in the pictures the 4 person room was actually for 2 max. the guy who prepares the omelet was not friendly and treats you as he is doing you something for free not as you paid for it.

Breakfast was very good, staff were helpful WiFi was very hit and miss On the 3rd night there was a lot of noise from what sounded like drilling/repairs, perhaps just a one off as the rest of the stay was quiet.

The staff was very nice, the room was very cozy and very well-equipped. It was very close to the tram station, the food at breakfast was what every person wants. It gave you a fresh start every morning. I reccomend this hotel because the price/quality ratio is very good. There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom but only for two out of seven nights we stayed.

Beds were really comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Stuff was really helpful and kind. The temperature was very hot in the room and we couldn't change it ourselves.

Location is very good and safe. There is no possibility to have gluten free breakfast, but hotel stuff brought us boiled potatoes. We have with us gf bread and corn flackes.

A Perfect Stay! ????? I’m delighted to give this hotel a 10/10 as my experience was exceptional, as well as that of our group, which booked 5 rooms on two separate occasions during different seasons. Staff: A warm and professional welcome from the moment we arrived. The entire team was attentive, responsive, and always friendly. Facilities: The hotel offers modern and spotless amenities. The rooms, reception, restaurant, and common areas are perfectly maintained. Cleanliness: Impeccable! The rooms, bathrooms, and common areas were spotless. Housekeeping came daily, and towels were changed without fail. Comfort: Spacious and well-soundproofed rooms. Everything is designed for a pleasant and relaxing stay. Value for Money: Top-notch services for a very reasonable price. The experience was worth every penny. Location: Perfectly located, close to major attractions and well-connected by public transport. I highly recommend this hotel and will return without hesitation. Kudos to the entire team for their excellent work! Nothing.
