The price was great for the value ?, and the room was clean ✨. The location is excellent — you can easily reach the heart of Fatih from Aksaray. The staff was extremely polite and friendly ⭐️, which made the stay feel more pleasant. The morning street noise was quite loud ?, and breakfast was very limited. They mentioned a free daily SPA session, but in reality, there was no SPA — only a gym and related facilities, which should be clarified. Also, the smoke detector in the middle of the ceiling had a bright green light flashing all night, which can be disturbing for those sensitive to light while sleeping. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable, and the duvet cover around the inner blanket was not properly closed, which made sleeping less cozy.

location was good, and catch the tram very easy, good size room, few staff was good to us The tv didnt work and i mention it 5 times to the reception but no body came to sorted, the bathroom was smelling a lot , we had to keep the door closed, each day i had to remind them about bringing new towels for us, few staff didnt speak english so it was hard for me to explain, breakfast was ok but could be better for tourists customers
