One of the reception staff was good with me and the cleaning worker was also good. As for the hotel, its location is good, but it is not up to the required specifications because it is new, only in the pictures. When I arrived at the hotel at 2:00 am, I did not find the room and the receptionist told me that there was no room until 1:00 pm, knowing that when I booked, I made a special request that I would arrive at 2:00 am and the hotel agreed to my request, but it seems that it was a joke from them. I had to carry my luggage and look for another hotel to stay in until 1:00 pm came.

Manager was flexible with room exchange. He offered me 2 rooms to choose from. Room is small

Some of the catering staff were very rude. Behaviour of the staff some of them were very rude especially catering and cleaning staff need some training.

Nothing is clean , so small rooms , also the bathroom is so small , it doesn’t worth a 140 dollars for two rooms per night
