The Location , The breakfast , and the staff all were perfect , Not to forget Being tidy and clean too … The Room was Standard Double But was Too small to even use bath and the room properly

Amazing staff, the man at the reception was very kind and helpful! Great location, near public transportation, restaurants and all attractions. Also very comfortable beds and clean rooms.

Location only Staff behavior and carelessness to fulfill basic requirement (extra bellow) and breakfast poor quality and no varieties and once any item is finished you should ask to refill it and all you get is very bad and slow response to avoid refilling.

Good location, but… Weak breakfast. Very weak!!! Management should care about people they hire. It is unacceptable that one of the staff members says GO AWAY to the guest. There was a misunderstanding about picking up stuff. Eventually I paid, even I didn’t use their service. But I wanted to pay, otherwise they would have charged a young receptionist. I didn’t want that. Ain’t gonna die for 55e but it should be better organization. Overall, the only good thing is an Afgani receptionist who really showed some respect and dedication. And the youngest guy who works at night. As a someone who works in hospitality, I would say that this was my first and last time here. Definitely not recommended!!!!

Location. ?? Friendly staff? When we arrived the 2 rooms were not ready. Had to wait more than 3-4 hours to check in. Wasted half a day waiting. Didn’t offer to give us an extra hour as checkout @12.00 and our flight @8.00pm. We had a long 4 hours wait for taxi. Breakfast was ok but everyday the same

Very nearby major attractions. Seems rooms are still under construction(remodeling), rooms not ready to be occupied. Ex. There is no noise barrier between each room. You could hear and smell neighbors smoke. The toilette, water continue running long after you had flushed. The door was hard to lock from inside. There is no floor transition strap between under the door.

Breakfast was nice... Location is near bazar, and other popular places. It was too much loud noises of train and people down the street.

The hotel has an excellent location and offers great value for money. It is close to a tram stop, but you can easily reach the main tourist attractions on foot in less than 10 minutes. The rooms are small but clean. The bathroom could use some improvements, but considering the price, it was a great stay. Housekeeping services the rooms daily, which is a nice touch. The WiFi was surprisingly very good and fast, which was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast is served with a lovely view. Although the selection is rather limited, the food is fresh and tasty. If you're staying for more than two nights, the variety might not be sufficient. Overall, it's a good choice for a short stay in the city! The walls are quite thin, so if you end up with noisy neighbors (as we did), it can make your stay less comfortable. Also, they didn't have tea at breakfast, so that was a bit disappointing.
