Hatay Hotel Istanbul - Boutique Class

Breakfast was amazing The room was so cramped and I could barely walk in it. It had a weird smell. The mattress was very old and worn out.

Location was great and so was the price. The entrance is connected to the restaurant , better signage could be helpful.

Th elocation is really hard to beat: smack in the middle of the old town, half a block from the tram line and less than 10 minute walk from the HAVAIST bus from/to the airport. The manager (owner?) is also extremely nice. Other than that, this is a basic accomodation, but that is precisely what I needed and the price was bery hard to beat. It appears the room used to be a smoking room in the past; there was some lingering smell that I am familiar with from staying in old American motels. It was faint enough so that I would stop smelling it within minutes but could definitely sence it upon every entry. Then again, seemingly everyone smokes in Istanbul, so I am not really surprised.

The location is perfect. Just near sirkeci B1 metro station and also the tram is very close where you can go to sultan ahmet They gave us the room in the first floor which was so close from the reception. I heard noises from their until 6 in the morning

Management should consider of getting complimentary water and hot drinks into the room as well as more varied breakfast. Towels must be pure white.Fix the TV.

My recent visit to our hotel in Istanbul was truly memorable. From the moment I arrived, Cihan went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He greeted me with a friendly smile, handled my check-in efficiently and courteously, and throughout my stay he was incredibly helpful. No request was too small or too large; he accommodated everything quickly and with genuine warmth. Thanks to his attentive care, I felt welcome and well taken care of from start to finish. I highly recommend this hotel not only for its great location and comfortable rooms, but also for the exceptional service provided by team members like Cihan. I can’t wait to return!

very central near public transportation, many restaurants and markets around is kind a small and you have to go to another one place to the breakfast, normal in Istanbul

The actual location of the hotel was good and allowed easy access to the main attractions of Istanbul in the central tourist area. Numerous restaurants were available in the surrounding area. Rooms were fitted out in a modern fashion. Breakfast was served at a different location and the breakfast venue was required to serve the guests of three hotels. This was not ideal. The hotel had only a small, modest reception area that was not appropriate for the location. Rooms were small.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hatay Hotel. It is small and very basic but in a great position, very central to major tourist hot spots, the old town, restaurants, shopping, the Grand Bazzar and public transport. It was reasonably quiet for its position. The staff were very helpful and friendly and breakfast was included. More like a hostel than a hotel but great value for its position and price.

Facilities could use some updating dating

There should be at least a kettle in the room, breakfast could of been better with more choices but for the price we paid it’s okay
