the folks at reception are genuinely kind people who clearly know what they're doing there were no towels in the room—i think they just forgot to put them out. that's a pretty big miss.

It's my second stay in this hotel, the room is big, cleaned every day, towels changed everyday, close to all transportation in Kadıköy. Very good hotel for the price paid

The whole lovely Kadıköy is at your service. Plus, access to various commute options for the rest of Istanbul. Activities are really limitless. But keep in mind that The hotel is located on a uphill street -since İstanbul.is the city of 7 hills, and entrance of the hotel has stairs. So not the accessibility friendly. The highlight of my stay was Volkan and Cenk, the front office day and night receptionists. They were the best thing about my stay, they are friendly, kind, super polite and always smiling. Rooms are definitely outdated, feels not clean at all. But actually, it is hard to spot stains or dirt. Zero sound isolation. It has a mini fridge with 2 small complimentary waters. No kettle. Windows a can be fully open, but expect zero views since the hotel is located in a narrow street in a living area, it is facing apartments. But if you open the window, look out and left, THEN you have a glimpse of Bosporus :) My room had a body towel, hand towel and a floor towel. So hand towel was for multi-purpose use for both hands and head. Kind of price/performance. But kind of.

it was a good and clean hotel for the price . Also, Location was wonderful , staff was good. If I go again, I will stay at this hotel. I couldn’t use WiFi , I stayed the room 414 . Also There was no breakfast.

The location was good The stuff we're rude. Had a friend over and not to stay with us but they were like visitors are not allowed you have to pay etc. The room was not up to standards they bed give backache after sleeping in them. There was no kettle to make tea had to bring hot water in cups from downstairs.
