Location and staff was good In breakfast not so many choices, they didn’t have chef to make omelette. Also, they don’t refill the food once it finishes.

I can only say that it was a terrible hotel. I can say that the breakfast, the cleanliness of the room, the services were 0. Hostels can be of better quality than this 3-star hotel. I will never stay in such a hotel again. The pictures they shared deceived me. That is why I booked this hotel. I have expressed all my complaints to the person introduced himself as a manager at the hotel. The room has been covered in dust for more than a year and has not been cleaned. There is a serious unsanitary situation.

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel, liked the hospitality of the staff and absolutely loved the location. Just 5 minutes from Kapali Carsi, 2 minutes from Constantine's pillar and like 10 minutes from Blue Mosque and Aya Sofiya. The breakfast was not one of my favorites

The location was very near to city center, all staff was very cooperative specially manager Ibrahim. And breakfast was good.

The location was good for tourist attractions. The late night reception staff were awful. I checked in at 1am and they told me I had to pay cash, which I didn't have on me. They threatened to cancel my booking, which is so unprofessional and abhorent when you consider I am a solo female and it's 1am. I could pay by card, but again they said they'd cancel my booking. Eventually they accepted my card payment but charged me 20 more Euros. I would not stay here again.

Central location, only a few minutes walk to grand Bazaar and blue mosque. The staff were so welcoming and helpful, there was 2 young men in reception that were very helpful with everything we needed, Ugar was one of them but I didn't catch the other guys name unfortunately. And the lady doing housekeeping Sakine done a fantastic job everyday, she is such a beautiful lady that couldn't do enough for us to ensure we were comfortable during our stay. The decor needs updating.
