Good hospitality and good service starting from reception to the owner of the hotel , especially the owner we felt that stayed at home , i want to say thank you all especially those names ( Umit, Araz, Kamal) , if i want to visit turkey another time i will return back to the same hotel, Best regards Himdad Othman The breakfast was good but it needs some changes to be Better.

The service was excellent. We had an early check-in and a wonderful welcome breakfast Special thanks to Hasan who brought our luggage to the room. He is devoted to his job, very helpful, quick and polite. The hotel has a perfect location. The beds are very comfortable. The room is cleaned regularly. We will definitely come back and recommend the hotel to our friends. Many thanks for the great stay! The fan in the bathroom was out of order.

Excellent hotel with a perfect location for anyone who wants to enjoy shopping while still staying close to Istanbul’s main attractions. Everything is conveniently nearby, which makes the stay very comfortable. We would especially like to thank the reception staff. They were extremely friendly, helpful, and even spoke Russian, which was greatly appreciated. I booked this hotel for my mother, and she truly enjoyed her stay. The staff were always ready to assist her and made her feel very welcome and comfortable. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

Hasan and Umit are wonderful hosts! From the very first message, they were incredibly responsive and answered all our questions quickly. Thanks to their help, we checked in smoothly and felt right at home. The apartment is clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Everything we needed was there, and Hasan’s recommendations for restaurants and transport were really helpful. Umit was also always available and ready to assist. A big thank you for the warm welcome and genuine care! We would happily come back again. Highly recommended — 100%!

It was next to a lot of stores which is good because I needed to buy stuff the property it’s self is amazing! Everything is good but it’s an hour away from the airport and that’s too much and the rooms are a bit too small I want to come again and bring and husband and other kids but don’t think we will fit and a pool would make it nice!

Location is convenient, as the neighborhood is charming, near tram and subway stations, and at a walking distance from the Sultanahamet and Ayasofya mosques. We were kindly given a much bigger room than the one we had booked and it was clean and very comfortable. The staff was extremely courteous and professional, and seemed always eager to help. While breakfast had a good number of options and food was fresh, more vegan dishes could be offered.
