Hotel V Plus Taksim

Not much to like First of all you need to know that despite the location of the hotel which is 3 minutes away from taxim square but the hotel located downhill that is very difficult to walk those minutes especially with family, kids and strollers. Second, there is no one at the reception many days during the night and after 12:00 despite hotel door remains open all the time.You feel unsafe in your room like horror movie, anybody can enter the hotel and come upstairs. The receptionist men speak English on basis of 2 out of 10. Their English language is very bad and when you asked them something they told you we don't understand sorry ! The services is bad. We asked for blanket from Day one and we got it on day 3. The electricity shut down on our last day for more than an hour and it's summer !! The room itself is extra outdated and the bathroom is made of glasses not walls so when you have a bath, your companion can see you ! Cleaniess is average , and the breakfast is average .. Not worth even a star, very very bad experience don't go there at all.

I enjoyed their outside tables, great atmosphere. The air conditioning seamed to be old and wasn't functioning well, made the hot nights uncomfortable. The staff however suggested to move to a different room which was way better

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel the most. The hotel was very clean and the location was great. Apart from that, the hotel staff were really patient and didn't hesitate to help. I am very grateful to Mr. Volkan, Ghadir and Enis for telling us everything we wanted and for their great and complete suggestions. If I want to travel to Istanbul again, I will definitely choose this hotel. It is totally worth the money. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel the most. metro and bus its near and Taksim square

Very good hotel, all the necessary things are there. Room are very clean and not very small. The staf are amaizing , break fast was very good thank too Khadija who were always welcoming and smiling , kadir in the reception was very kind , and of cource Mr. Volcon was execptional and very helpfull in evetything. Thank you again , i will come back soon The hill to taksim , you should walk on a hill and its exhauting

The location was excellent—less than a 5-minute walk to Taksim Square, which made getting around the city really easy. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The host was responsive and helpful throughout the visit.

Excellent There was not anything not to like

The breakfast is fairly good (3 types of cheese, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, tea, nescafe، fries corn flakes, chocolat, jams،..) but there were no fruit and no simit. The staff was so adorable especially the blond woman in the cafeteria. The descent to get to the hotel.

There was no any kind of sounds very quiet and relaxed for sleeping No body asking for cleaning the room i was 4 days stay there no one coming for cleaning the room

The hotel feels old and poorly maintained. There was visible rust in the bathroom, and the toilet flush wasn’t working properly, it often kept making noise for hours after being used. The rooms are not sound-insulated at all. Even with the windows and curtains closed, we could still hear street noise, neighbors talking loudly as late as 4 a.m., as well as footsteps, flushing, and other noises from the room above. It was extremely difficult to sleep, which defeats the main purpose of booking a hotel in the first place. The curtains also do not block out the morning light properly, so sunlight comes in at dawn. The mattress and pillows are uncomfortable as well; after five nights, I ended up with back and neck pain. is close to Taksim Square, but it’s located on a steep downhill street, which makes going up and down very uncomfortable when returning to the hotel. It’s also almost impossible to carry your luggage uphill if you don’t plan on taking a taxi at the end of your stay. We seriously considered changing hotels in the middle of our stay due to how uncomfortable it was. Lastly, the breakfast is below average, with very limited options, and it is served in a small room in the basement. This hotel should be rated as a one-star property, not three stars. It does not deserve its current rating.

Compact size

Nothing at all.. It was not as described,so we just checked out at first day of ... We changed our room to the best room in this property whish cost about $100 us dollar, but still not good as it should be!! We don't recommend this property for sure..

Room was very small and to go to Taksim from hotel you need to clime a ramp

Althrough the location was good, but the uphill stair climb was steep. The bathroom is glass-based in the room with no soundproofing, and I didn't like it. The room was small.

I wouldn't recommend.

Cleaning Small room

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel V Plus Taksim. The services were excellent and everything was well taken care of throughout my visit. The staff made the experience even better — everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special thanks to Mehmet, Volkan, and Gal who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful with everything I needed. Their warm hospitality made me feel right at home. I would highly recommend Hotel V Plus Taksim to anyone visiting Istanbul. Great service, a perfect location, and truly amazing staff!
