Very good breakfast, very nice people and extremelly helpfull, excellent location near almost all important attractions, overall a very good experience. I recomand this boutique hotel with all my heart. The doors (room entrance and bathroom doors were not closing, the beds creaked terribly and the main window also had problems closing, but it's an old building but after you got used to it it seemed ok. Also the acces is difficult, especially for old or disabled people.

Good breakfast and excellent location

Staff were lovely and friendly especially Mehmet. He always greeted you with a smile and was very helpful. My friends stayed in a different hotel so I was on my own here but I never felt uncomfortable and was made very welcome. Breakfast was fine. Lamp beside bed not working Room wasn’t cleaned or bed made during a 4 night stay only the towels were changed. Water left in room on first day only. Window catch was broken Bed base was dirty and torn in parts. Net curtains torn. Bathroom very small and overhead shower not working. May sound picky but after seeing my friends hotel room in same location, at a similar cost you just could not compare the two. Theirs was very clean and comfortable, much better beds, linen, towels with everything working, water replenished and cleaned daily. Zeugma should make some basic improvements and it would be a much nicer place to stay. Friendly staff alone isn’t enough unfortunately.

Location is good and nice bar on the ground floor Dont book the room with jacuzzi. Jacuzzi does not work properly, water outlet does not work properly, shower in bathroom does not work properly. showerhandle does not work properly, toiletseat does not work properly. Disappointing experience

Amazing location with being in central of the bazaar area. Staff are extremely helpful and very kind, amazing people, staff treat you like family, definitely will come back here when I come back to Istanbul. ? ❤️❤️❤️

The location was nice. There was constant bad smell in the room. The bathroom is very small you cannot even turn around there . When the door opens you cannot get to the sink. The sink tube was broken so there was water leaking every time you wash hands. The towels look really old and not white clean. Sound isolation really doesn’t work so you hear all the party sounds (as the hotel has bar downstairs)till 2 am. At 4 am they collect the trash so you hear this trash car and glass bottles breaking.

Location was excellent. Walking distance to all of the key sites. Staff were very helpful, accommodating and knowledgeable. Received a great recommendation on a day long boat tour from the staff. Service was excellent. Room was cleaned daily. Fresh towels daily. Traditional Turkish breakfast was perfect to start out day. Give the location, it is quite noisy until 2 - 3 am. We had expected this, based on reviews from other travellers.

Exceptional

Hotel staff were all very kind and welcoming and looked after us very well throughout our stay.

Not big room but with small balcony. Very small bathroom. If you have view on the street - be ready to incomnia, this street never sleeps because of bars, restaurants, shops. And the the worst - there was no hot water in the morning, we could not take a shower at all before living.
