The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the location was excellent. Everything was exactly as described, making for a smooth and enjoyable experience. A special thank you to the reception staff, especially Kadir, Dilara, and Tolga, who were always friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. Their hospitality made me feel very welcome and added a personal touch to the experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend anyone visiting the area.

The location was great, bed was comfortable and staff were very helpful specially Abdel Kader who helped me with the bags, information and food orders. Street noise in the mornings, but still that’s expected from the location.

The hotel has welcoming staff and great location. It was very clean. We enjoyed our stay of 2 nights.

- The service is great. we requested a quit location and were upgraded to a larger 3-bed room facing away from the street free of charge. - Refreshments were free in the lobby (tea, water and coffee). - The location is central as well, quick connection to the "Osmanbay" metro station. - "Delaram" was a great presence in the lobby with friendly and helpful chatter from time to time. - Very service centered staff. - The facilities themselves are quite dated. The score should be mainly taken as "Great Staff" and not the hotel\rooms themselves. - We were given the choice to stay in the larger room 103 (which was great) but there were some things in the bathroom specifically that was not expected (toilet seat broken, shower door handle broken, mirror edges pealing off, shower corners black with mold). As it was a free upgrade we did not complain. - It is in my opinion an okay place for the price on short stays.

Great location, close to the metro, clean. Bed was comfortable. Small fridge was nice. Pillows could have been softer, but maybe that is just my preference for down pillows.

The location was excellent — close to many attractions, shops, and restaurants. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable with good lighting and a cozy design. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and check-in was smooth. The soundproofing could be better, as noise from the hallway and nearby rooms was sometimes noticeable. Also, Wi-Fi speed was a bit inconsistent during peak hours.

The Service is very good, personnel were helpful, especially Nour Eldein (who was very helpful and friendly). For those who rent a car, you will find it very difficult to find a parking spot near the hotel. A chargeable ($10 per 12 hours) parking space is available, but it is approximately a 7-minute walk away. The hotel needs some minor maintenance.

The room was very clean, and the staff were amazing and extremely kind and helpful. The hotel is in a great location, close to bus/train station also close to many shops and restaurants.

The room was big and clean, the staff was excellent and friendly, and the location is great. Actually, the hotel is a very good spot. The worst thing about the air conditioning was a nightmare as the hotel decided the weather, as I couldn't switch the air conditioning, they made it hot, and I couldn`t change that they made the decision instead of me. I never saw it before, and this is a very bad experience for me.

I loved the cozy and elegant atmosphere of the room—it felt like a home away from home. The location in Şişli was perfect, close to shops, cafés, and public transport. The staff were kind and always ready to help. The room was clean, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated. I also appreciated the comfortable bed and daily housekeeping service. There wasn’t really anything I disliked. If I had to mention something, it would be the lack of breakfast service—adding it would make the experience even better.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming — you really feel taken care of from the moment you arrive. The design of the hotel and room is tasteful and inviting, and the bed was very comfortable. I do have a small request, though. There’s a little bird (a parakeet) living in a cage in the staff room on the ground floor. He’s adorable and brings a sweet presence to the space, but he seems very lonely. There are no toys in his cage, no window to look out of, no music, and nothing to keep him engaged. Please consider giving him some more care and attention — he is a living soul too, and like all beings, he has feelings. Even something simple — some toys, daily music, or perhaps a companion bird — could make a big difference in his little world. I enjoyed everything.

Great staff that goes out of their way to help you with anything. Clean room and good location. Free coffee, tea, water, and available room service.

ISTANROOM is really conveniently located with everything you could possibly need at your door. The hotel is simple and clean and all staff , no matter which shift, are friendly & helpful.

The stay was comfortable and I would like to thank Mr. Dawood for his outstanding service and support and his kind hearted gesture offered during our stay at the Hotel. And I would like to take the opportunity of thanking ? Ms. Sidra for her kind gesture. I mentioned couple of things to Ms. Sidra for improvement.
