Location and friendly staff Right next to trams and metro We had issues to begin with but staff sorted them out. Hotel rooms are tiny in Turkey so do not expect a large room

-Location more than excellent.its front of tram and marmaray station -All attraction around the hotel Breakfast is poor a little bit but it’s same in all Istanbul hotels also I recommend to be start from 7 am instead of 8 am

Amazing building and close to the train and metro stations as well as walking distance to most attractions. Foot and shopping in the neighborhood Hotel Staff was excellent. I was not a fan of breakfast without juice or western food.

Location, location, location! You walk out your door and you’re in the exact right place for restaurants, shopping, transportation, waterfront. It’s perfect and very authentic. Turkish decor, nice people at the desk. A very nice stay overall. Nothing.

Room was comfortable ,plenty of space for 3 people,bathroom amenities good. UNFORTUNATELY the wrong review has been previously given to this hotel by me,we had a wonderful stay here would stay again ,loved the position and the roof access gave us a great view of the harbour,breakfast was great and staff were friendly and very helpful.

The breakfast was poor and terrible. The building is old and in need of renovation. Although the building is in the center of the historic part, it is too close to the mosque and can be a bit inconvenient for those who like to sleep in the morning. When I booked this hotel, its rating on Booking.com was 9.2, although in reality a 7 point would be more appropriate.

The hotel staff was very friendly and the location is perfect for walking around the most touristic spots. There were some uncomfortable details, for example: noise came in through the balcony door because it wasn’t sealed. In the bathroom there was no place to put your personal items. There were also some cleanliness issues, for instance, in the bathroom there was a toothbrush glass that was dirty, one of the sheets was torn, and at times there were very bad odors both in the restaurant and in the lobby. The elevator panel had adhesive tape on it, and one of the rooms we stayed in had a very uncomfortable bathroom where not even two people could fit. It was also difficult for drivers to reach the hotel (the location was a bit confusing for them). Overall, there were details that made the stay uncomfortable.

The location was the best part. It’s near everything needed. The breakfast had a lot of items. The food was delicious. The room cleaning was great as well. The shocking part was on August, 31st at 8:46 in the morning when I saw a guy getting our drinkable water from the kitchen with a dirty extension. From that day I stopped drinking their water, coffee, everything related to their water. This action is unacceptable. Please, don’t drink the water from there unless it’s a close water bottle. Make sure it’s closed. Also, the AC was off. Every time I want the AC on, I had to go downstairs to the reception to ask them to turn it on. This is August, and it was hot. Therefore, I think the AC should be on except when someone leave the room.

There was a construction site near the hotel, and it was very noisy during the night. Plus, the room was clean, but there was some trash under the bed.

The location is a good location. Just there around the corner of Serkeci tram station and Marmaray station. The receptionist is very professional and helpful. The hotel is clean. My stay was great. Thank you! None

Excellent staff treats you like royalty. Very kind and helpful. Perfect location nothing around closes until 3 am. Very good value if found at leas than $100 a night Room is a little small with bathroom not having any counter space. AC is good but controlled from the front desk (woke up a couple of times due to room being warm and had to call front desk to turn AC back on). Breakfast not very tasty

The prime location of the property almost near to everything. The staff were very helpful and always checking that everything was fine specially Shady who made it easy for us to enjoy a wonderful stay Nothing

We had a great stay because of Shady, the first room we were located was small and noisy and he went above and beyond to get us in a better room altogether. He was extremely professional and kind and fun to be around. A+ for him arranging us a taxi and Abdullah following through with the reservation. The guys were very kind and knew what our needs and wishes were. We felt understood and treated very well. The property is located in a middle of a main area with tons of things going around, it can get loud from the outside, make sure you get a room that’s located away from the noise. The hosts would help you navigate changing rooms if you wish.
