Location and complimentary breakfast. My girlfriend had her passport and $1,000 dollars stolen from the room. Staff was not helpful or willing to check the cameras to investigate it. Their communication in English was poor and they didn’t fix a clogged drain in my shower, which I asked for the entire week. What saved the stay was the breakfast and excellent location.

Just inn hotel is always good. It’s like my 3rd staying here. 1. Excellent location. Right behind the corner of Gulhane Park, Hacia Sofia, Eminonu. Next to the T1 tram station. Location is safe for tourists. 2. Good building, elevator, good restoration. 3. Not noisy 4. Comfy bed and pillows. 5. Friendly stuff . 1. It was not clean at all. Sticky floor, someone’s hair, not clean shower…. But honestly it is not that much terrible and normal for that price. Location and price are actually compensating all. 2. Place is really safe for a single travellers.

The location is excellent, close to Sultanahmet mosque and Gulhane park. The stuff is very polite and helpful. The rooms are cleaned every day.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient for moving around the city. The breakfast was good with enough variety, and the staff were friendly and helpful during our stay The room was a bit small

The heating was bad, it was non existing

Location This review is written to formally document a serious failure in service standards and guest safety during my stay at Just Inn Hotel. • The heating system (air conditioning) was non-functional in all rooms, despite outdoor temperatures being below zero, which constitutes a basic habitability and safety issue. • After three full days of repeated complaints to the reception, a portable heater was provided; however, it was defective and ineffective. • The following day, the heater was removed without prior notice, consent, or explanation, leaving the room again unheated. • Single rooms are unreasonably small, poorly designed, and back-facing, overlooking only ventilation shafts and the rear of the building, which was not adequately disclosed at the time of booking. • Television service in single rooms is severely limited to only three news channels. Reception staff stated that the TV is not smart and cannot access Turkish channels, while double rooms clearly provide local channels, indicating unequal service standards between room categories. • Food quality was unacceptable and highly repetitive throughout seven consecutive days, with no reasonable variety or adherence to expected hospitality standards. • I officially reported all issues to Booking.com during the stay, yet no corrective action, room change, refund, or adequate solution was offered, resulting in continued exposure to these conditions. Based on the above, this hotel demonstrates poor management, lack of transparency, and failure to meet basic hospitality obligations. I do not recommend this property, particularly during winter, and believe potential guests should be fully informed before booking.

Great budget friendly hotel for those who just need a clean and comfortable place to sleep. The rooms were tidy and well kept and the overall atmosphere was calm. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help which really stood out. The location is very convenient and close to public transportation, shops, and restaurants. The only downside was the breakfast which was quite basic with very limited options and could definitely be improved.

The best Location, friendly staff, good breakfast, fast WiFi, Ali helped us booking an airport transfer. Great to recommend to people. Toilette doesn’t stop running the water, except of that, easy to fix, the hotel was excellent

Goo day! We have visited Istanbul for 2 days. We would like to thanks for reception desk guys for attention and help. Location of hotel is really important and we can visit all places by walking.

We 6 persons had stayed here 2 periods:- 1. During 18-21 April 2025 (3 nights - 5 rooms) 2. During 26-28 April 2025 (2 nights - 5 rooms) ....... Con. 1. Rooms & facilities is so so. 2. Breakfast is few varieties and fair taste. 3. Hotel tried to quote the very high price for other service such as hotel quoted 400 EUR for 4 times airport transfer. Later when we didn't OK, he reduced to 320 and 240 EUR meanwhile we used others only 170 EUR. 4. I think Hotel cheated us. On the 16th Dec. 2024 after we booked the rooms, I sent message to him and asked we can leave our 6 big luggage (26-28 inches) during 21-26 April 2025 in hotel luggage store, or not? Hotel answered "We will help". At 5:00 AM. of the 21st April 2025 we left our luggage at the hotel and flied to Izmir Airport. But at 7:26 AM. of the 21st April 2025 Hotel sent message to me, hotel will charge 200 EUR for luggage fee. But I didn't read these messages until we came back to hotel. But even if we did, there was nothing we could do. Later, when we came back to hotel at 23:00 of 26th April 2025. Hotel said to us if we didn't pay 200 EUR he wouldn't check-in. at that time we had almost no choice to choose even though Hotel had broken his word. If On the 16th Dec. 2024 Hotel answered "We will not help or we will charge". We would cancel our reservation and booked other hotel. So please be careful if you book accommodation here.

Bathroom could a bit cleaner, traces of mold are on the walls.

Breakfast was not good. It did not have variety of food. There were not hangers in the room for my cloths. They also put only 2 towels in the bathroom which is not enough. In general it is a good hotel.

i was fairly satisfied about m'y stay, but the room given to me does not look like what is shown on the offer and didn't meet my expectations. No view and very small window facing a wall :( i asked to change the room but did not satisfy me demand, pretexting that they was no room available. Except that, it was ok
