The location was great. The property was quite dated and the shower leaked in the family suite. Needs a massive refurbishment. Booked a taxi service from the airport via the hotel and we waited for 20 mins and the hotel tried to charge us for it as I had two young kids I decided to take the normal taxis. They could not provide a time when the car/van was coming. Then all taxis were unable to get to the hotel, short walk required.

Location, and Staff The toilet door is glass, it doesn't give the full privacy, especially if you are travelling with friends.

The Location Had to navigate different levels to get to the room. We were upgraded to a Suite which had no resemblance of a Suite.

- Location the hotel located besides many shops and resturants and cafes - clean - cars cannot stop in hotel door it not allowed you have to walk with your luggages 5 minutes at least no trolly no help - bathroom door made without lock - no microwave - very small fridge - we call them before we arrive to prepare everything but they didnt do anything The ac was off and the room was very hot Fridge was off

The location of the hotel is excellent! We walked everywhere. The beds are really comfortable and the rooms have enough space. The staff is also very available and nice. We can hear a lot of noise from the corridors and the reception during the night, had to sleep with earplugs. Maybe it would be important to invest in better sound isolation. Breakfast is ok, maybe messy and it could have a lot of improvements. The wifi signal is not that strong at times.

Loved the rooms. We had multiple rooms booked for a big group of us, and they were all luxurious and spacious. The whole hotel had a lot of charm. Perfect location as mentioned in earlier reviews, 5-10 minutes walking distance to all the attractions/sites. Breakfast was tasty even though the spread was not too large. There is rear entry for airport transfers as the front of the hotel is located on a tramway street, so just let the hotel staff speak to the driver so that they know to drop you off where it is easy and accessible.

Location was brilliant. Close to everything, if you could not walk there the Metro was very close by. Reception person warm, welcoming. Room was good. Very clean. Breakfast was good. Good value for money
