I was offered a choice: a room full of steam, the water was gushing from the bathroom ceiling with a puddle on the floor and a basement room without windows, at the full price of a delux room. No concessions offered. I did not stay in that hotel and left.

The location Staff dealing in a very bad way & they didn’t give us our agreed room (deluxe double room) as we already paid for it & they give us a basement room & after a lot of fake promises they give us another room which is not like what we paid for it

After we came at the hotel and pay for our stay we were told there there is no available room for us. We are transferred to hotel across to this one in a small room without normal window and with very loud pipes in a bathroom. Room was twice smaller than one with balcony we paid for. After we expressed dissatisfaction we were transferred to third hotel while we were carrying our luggage while outside was raining. Also staff didn’t want to give us money back so we were forced to move around. Tomorrow we were transferred to hotel we originally booked and we were given room for 3 although we paid for 2 of us. After couple of days we were asked to transfer again in a room for 2. Very unpleasant experience.

the staff tries to solve all the problems but they don't always succeed. the hotel is more degraded than I expected. Every room has technical problems. There are water leaks in the bathroom, and the wardrobe in the room is very small. In some rooms, the air conditioning does not work, or the TV does not work, or there is no refrigerator. The hotel needs improvements FAST, otherwise it is not worth the money. Disappointing breakfast, there are broken dishes and too few cups. It remains only an unpretentious transit hotel. at the time of the stay, 2 of the 4 rooms were not available.

The breakfast was okay, nothing special, the breakfast staff were friendly. Best thing about this hotel is the location. the entrance door to the room was crooked, as well as the door to the toilet that could not be closed. The shower door lets out the shower water. The sheets are not cleaned regularly, the room is poorly lit. We made the reservation through Booking.com, but they only take a commission (to check if you have money in your account), you have to pay the rest in cash, at our insistence that we pay by card at the reception, the staff says that the device is not working (probably a lie, because even when we were leaving after a few days, they did not want to charge the card to others under the same pretext).

The receptionist called Eren was very helpful and friendly. He gave us a better room then we chose on booking. The breakfast had a good variety of food to choose from. The rooms were spacious, the beds were clean a very comfortable, the rooms had an A/C that could go up to 30°C. No parking ?, but it is not their fault. The street is very narrow
