Good location. Staff were nice. No reception, you enter through a disused restaurant by the look of it, the entrance of the hotel is no longer in use. As such, you always need a member of staff to open a door to let you in, I suppose it is very safe. Pictures of the room are somewhat accurate, but taken a very long time ago. Major refurbishment is required.

The breakfast was very good - especially their version of chips - Yes, chips for breakfast - delicious! The management and staff were excellent - especially Levan(from Tbilisi, Georgia), who spoke excellent English and was always there to help with any issue. The shower could have been better - it wasn't really warm enough and didn't have a soap dispenser.

good location, a few min away from the metro station the hotel is old, for sure needs a renovation. in the last day there was no wifi connection, no one at reception that could help. the hotel room was clean eventho the hallway is dirty and dusty

Location was fantastic. Everything on your foot step. most of the tourist place you can visit by walk. Breakfast was lovey. I had some lunch over there. it was very delicious and reasonable in price. I am really happy with their service. Nothing.

Nice location close to metro station and sightseens, good staff always ready to help, cleaness in the room. Hotel is too old and needs a renovation. Wifi signal is very low.
