MidMar Deluxe Hotel

I had an extended stay at MidMar Hotel and it truly felt more like staying with family than in a hotel. What makes this place exceptional is the people. At the reception, Ahmed, Metehan, Omer, Mustafa, and of course the very kind and well-mannered Eren, were outstanding. Always welcoming, respectful, and genuinely helpful they consistently go the extra mile to make your stay comfortable and stress-free. Their attitude and professionalism really make a lasting impression. A special appreciation for the housekeeping team. Housekeeping Manager Asel is doing an excellent job maintaining high standards. The ladies on her team are polite, hardworking, and always smiling you can clearly see the care and effort they put into keeping everything clean and comfortable. Also, a big thank you to the restaurant staff, especially Denise, for her warm service and attention. The hospitality in the dining area is just as wonderful as the rest of the hotel. The hotel has a very welcoming atmosphere even small gestures like offering tea at reception make you feel valued as a guest. The only minor point is that the room lighting is a bit dim, but honestly, the kindness and service of the staff more than make up for it. I originally chose this hotel because it was close to my dental clinic, planning to move elsewhere later but the warmth and care from the team made me extend my stay. Now, whenever I visit Istanbul, this will always be my first choice. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates genuine hospitality. While I loved the overall hospitality, I did find a couple of things could be improved. The gym and jacuzzi timing wasn’t ideal. The jacuzzi only starts later in the afternoon, whereas many people myself included would prefer to use both the gym and jacuzzi earlier in the day. Also, the hotel’s lighting system was quite dim and mostly sensor based, which made it feel dark and a bit gloomy. Some may not mind, but I personally would have preferred brighter, consistent lighting. Despite these points, the staff’s warmth made up for a lot, and I’d still return!

I had a very pleasant stay at MidMar Deluxe Hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and make you feel like part of their family. A special thanks to Mr. Ahmed and Eren their hard work, dedication, and genuine care for guests truly stand out. They go above and beyond to build a warm relationship with customers, and their kindness made my stay even more comfortable. The reception hospitality is outstanding they often offer tea and always check if you need anything, which is a very thoughtful and welcoming gesture. The location is also very convenient, with many shops and stores nearby. What I liked: * Extremely friendly and caring staff * Exceptional service from Ahmed and Eren * Warm hospitality at reception (tea and assistance) * Great location with nearby shops What could be improved: * Room lighting is quite dim; brighter lights would improve the atmosphere Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Low and dim lights in room. It’s not a quiet area specifically if you want to open the windows.

No shower gel and no wine opener in the restaurant of a 4 star hotel. Food was served cold.

The hotel has a very good location. It is very close to the Fuar Merkezi, with plenty of restaurants and also two mosques nearby. The room was decent and clean. The room was quite small. The hotel in general is quite small. The housekeeping was average, with sometimes some parts of the room not cleaned, soap not refilled, or toilet paper not made available. The breakfast was modest with limited varieties and a bit repetitive. The staff at the restaurant weren’t very pleasant.

The staff were ultra friendly and supportive, especially Ahmad, Talha and Eran, Talha's smile and friendly face was very memorable. The welcome from Brbaros was sweet. The hotel was clean, the internet is surprisingly fast, i used is for video conferencing without a hiccup! The house keeping staff also were very good and very clean. The waitresses at the restaurant were not friendly at all and sometimes rude, they start kicking you out while there is still 10 minutes or so left for breakfast time! The breakfast was average, but not bad at all.

The Staff, speacially Barbaros at the lobby, great hospitality guy, I arrived very early (before check in) and he was kind, he understood that I was really tired with my flight and jet lag, and he did his best to arrange everything as soon as possible, always with an Smile and very gentle ? For my work was very convenient because it was very near from the event venue, but a little far away from any turistic sites
