Excellent location and super friendly staffs.

The hotel was very clean, it’s location was more than ideal (walkable from most touristic spots). The staff was so accommodating (thank you Utku & Shaimaa!) and made our stay much more welcoming. There are stores all around the hotel and a tram station right infront of it. I would definitely recommend this place to any traveller

Location was excellent and the staff are incredibly helpful and supportive. Almost everyone there made an effort to make our stay as comfortable as possible - going out of their way to provide alternative milks, find a baby chair and fix the buggy when it broke. Thank you to the staff, who truly made the stay! The hotel itself is not in condition at all. My room stank of sewage and one night of cigarette smoke as well. The bathroom door didn't close. Room was only cleaned/ serviced every 2 or 3 days. Floors were dirty across the board. I wouldn't recommend staying here despite the location and the people. The hotel really needs some work and some renovations to make it worth while.

Room had some plumbing issues with floor drains. Entire staff very friendly but except the receptionists the rest are having difficulties to understand and speak English.

Our stay at Navoris Hotel was truly exceptional and memorable. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt warm, personal, and professional. A special thank you to Sezer, who welcomed us during check-in with incredible kindness and support. He made sure our room was perfectly prepared and ensured everything was comfortable for our stay. His friendly attitude immediately made us feel at home. The housekeeping team also deserves great appreciation. The room was spotless, beautifully arranged, and their attention to detail was outstanding—especially the lovely preparation during Valentine’s Day, which made our stay even more special. At the reception, Mohamet and Erin Kiymeb were always attentive, helpful, and ready to assist with anything we needed. Their professionalism and genuine care made every interaction pleasant. The restaurant experience was another highlight. The food was absolutely delicious, and Sena served us with such a warm and lovely smile. Her kindness and hospitality added a very special touch to every meal. Everything about this hotel—from the service to the atmosphere—was perfect. What makes Navoris truly unique is not only the place itself but the wonderful people who work there. For us, Navoris Hotel feels like our home whenever we visit Istanbul, and we are already looking forward to coming back.

Location was great, room was clean, everything required provided Room is small, but not a problem if you come in the evening. Breakfast area was really small but they said they are working on new one. Windows are not soundproof, for sensitive people during sleep not suitable as tram is close

The location is perfect, very convenient for public transportation and close to many attractions. I highly recommend Navoris Hotel and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Istanbul.

The hotel has been recently renovated and offers a fresh, comfortable atmosphere. Its location is excellent, right next to a metro station, with Hagia Sophia Mosque and the Blue Mosque just a short walk away. The surrounding area is lively, with vibrant streets and a bustling bazaar also within walking distance. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special thanks to Eren and Sena for making my stay truly enjoyable. Nothing serious worth worrying about.

Everyone was attentive, kind, and always ready to help, especially UTKU. The room was clean and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt calm and pleasant. Breakfast was decent The location is simply perfect! extremely convenient for getting around the city, with major attractions nearby like Hagia Sophia and easy access to transportation. Overall, We Highly recommend Navoris Hotel.

Navoris hotel was amazing and I would absolutely stay here again when I return to Istanbul. The staff were all very attentive and kind. I never felt like there was a problem that they wouldn't be eager to fix for me. The room was equally great with a clean bathroom and very nice view out the window. The location was also unbeatable with the Topkapi palace just around the corner, the trams stop next door, and good food spots all around. Overall, my stay at the Navoris hotel was amazing, and allowed me to travel around Istanbul without any worries! The only aspect that was unfortunate was that the breakfast bar was undergoing renovation at the time of my stay, so I was not able to take advantage of that aspect; however, instead they provided free breakfast through a restaurant down the street, which more than made up for the shortcoming!

The stuff was so friendly and the location of the hotel was super good and very close to the metro station I would definitely come back to this place
