No elevators. If you have heavy baggage, that would be a problem. But arrangements can be made with the property manager during office hours for someone to help you carry up the baggage to your room. We have to climb 3 flights of stairs. Location is on a slope/ mini hill. Pulling up your baggage in addition to not a smooth/bumpy alley is very challenging.

The apartment was very spacious and the fridge was very large and accommodating, with two bathrooms! Great location in the heart of Galata Bathroom was leaking water through the wall. Kind of strange. Also, "rules/tips" for the apartment should be placed in a more visible space other than just a QR code at the door.

Quiet location near galata tower. Clean. Bathrooms nice and ac worked great. Needs a Bigger bed in the main room and pull out sofa bed was a little cramped.

The location is great just a stone throw away from the Galata Tower. Easy to move around all the sight seeing is at walking distance. Nothing.

No premium cable as stated on advertisements as an amenity. Had 4 basic channels.

The apartment looked exactly like in the photos. It was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It had everything we needed for our stay, including a hair dryer, iron, fast and reliable Wi-Fi, and two bathrooms with showers, which was a huge advantage for our group. We also really appreciated the mattress topper provided for the sofa bed, as it made sleeping in the living room much more comfortable. The apartment was spacious, well-equipped, and communication with the host was easy and pleasant throughout our stay. Nothing significant. Everything was as expected and we had a very pleasant stay.

This was a short walk from the Galata Tower, literally two blocks away. You have the benefit of being near a lively area that has cafes and bars, without all the noise. The location is spacious and the staff was polite. I would probably stay here again if I go Istanbul again. No complaints. Maybe that I didn't know how to use the washer/dryer, aside from that, it's a perfect spot in a great location.

Home away from home! Very personalized service. Excellent location albeit the roads are a little steep in the area. The apartment itself was fantastic with a terrace. Very clean and modern, stocked with anything and everything you could need. We got fresh flowers by the management on a special occasion. Awesome experience. Nothing actually…..

Good location, close to Galata area and also Golden Horn warf area and also near grocery store. Apartment had good kitchen appliances and cookware. The presence of two door locks with two separate keys was confusing at times- suggest color coding the locks to the pertinent color Coded key.

There is no AC in the bedroom only in the living room.

The deco was really nice and the staff too you have Evertjing inside to feel like in you home The lactation was in a street that the car was not able to go in

One thing: strange layout of sockets - they are not in logically necessary places, but are in unnecessary ones

No sound insulation at all. Difficult to sleep at night due to noise

Everything about those apartments was perfect, we booked 4 apartments and enjoyed a lot, its close to everything and apartments themselves are renovated and brand new cabinets and stuff, highly recommended ?

I liked all the unit has all the essentials. It was clean, spacious and the security, front desk was responsive. It's in a neighborhood with lots of cool shops and the walk to metro was within 10 minutes. The street cat was meowing pretty loud and the upstairs unit was also loud for one night but that is all out of control of this property.

Clean, location We had old people with us, so the fact it is located uphill was quite a challenge to go up.

Clean and nice apartment, great location. You have everything you need in the apartment, feels like you at home. Very good beds and pillows. You could hear the noise from the street and the neighbouring rooms, but it did not bother us that much. Check in was easy, garbage collection was always on time. We very much enjoyed our stay and if we ever going to come back to Istanbul, we will definitely stay at NOA apartments. Nothing
