The staff was amazing, super helpful with every request, welcoming, thoughtful, helped me out with directing me to a pharmacy for medication I needed to get, and finding my telephone when it fell inside the elevator shaft. I felt safe as a single older woman staying there. Generous breakfast. Room was small but perfectly functional. It was right on the main street but not too noisy. Location was great, close to many of the major sights in the city. I had to work New York hours in the evening and the WIFI was not always working for video meetings and I had to depend on my phone for a hotspot.

The hotel is exceptionally clean, the rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere is warm and relaxing. Every stay has been consistently excellent, which is why I never hesitate to book it again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service, great comfort, and a perfect location. I can't wait to come back again!

The hotel is in a great location, with easy access to the main attractions. The room was small but clean and well maintained. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, and the communication by email before our arrival was also excellent. Overall, we had a very good stay.

The breakfast was excellent! The staff was very nice, the location was great for the mosque and Sofia. I'd stay again. There was not a view from the room, but that is okay, we weren't spending time in the room, the breakfast views were great!

Exceptional hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable, meticulously clean rooms. More than reasonably priced. A complete pleasure. The stairs at the entrance down to the desk. The railing needs to be extended further toward the top of the stairs - it isn't useful for the top few steps.

I really loved this hotel — it was even better than expected. Perfect central location, beautiful and very clean rooms, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. Everything felt neat and well taken care of. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend it for a stay in Istanbul.
