Parkhouse Hotel & Spa

The location was good, and the breakfast was great. The staff were helpful and accommodating, Yusuf in particular went out of his way to help me get a taxi in the middle of the rain. I had some issues with the initial room I was given, but I was offered a room change immediately. There were no real spa or massage facilities, which was disappointing. Some of the facilities could also be better maintained.

The staff was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was very comfortable — especially the mattress, complete darkness shade, and excellent bed. Plus, the open buffet breakfast had delicious coffee, juice, and good pastries, and long hours.

At first, we had a room facing the street. It was too noisy, and the smoke from the street was always in the room if one opened a window. We changed the room facing the inner yard (air well), and it was very quiet at night. The brekfast was great! One could enjoy more european or turkish style options. The staff was also always very friendly and helpful. They also have sauna and hamam - very clean and in a good condition. It wasn't easy to get fresh air in the room. The room faced the air well, but it was closed with a glass roof (obviously to keep the yard clean), which complicated the ventilation. And the air conditioning was loud. If you visit a hamam/sauna, I want you to know that cameras are located in the pool area, right outside of the hamam and sauna glass doors... So, hard to say how much one can see in the sauna/hamam area. We also asked at the reception to arrange a taxi to take us to the airport, as we had a very early flight. We were told that the taxi won't cost more than 1000tl. But we paid at the end 1700tl (even if a taxi driver had a taximeter). We don't know if the taxi driver manipulated the taximeter though.

Hotel is super nice, amazing housekeepers, great location, great staff. Definitely recommend for your stay in Istanbul Asian side as this spot is close to the subway and all the main food and shopping places! You will love it!

Very clean room, nice sauna and hamam! We loved the breakfast as well, thanks to Gulsen for her hospitality! We would definitely stay here again. The hotel is close to Kadıköy metro station, and you can get to the hotel from airport metro in 50 minutes. Thank you!

I had a fantastic stay at the Parkhouse hotel in Istanbul. The ambiance was modern and vlbrant. The rooms were clean and well-maintained.Breakfast was super quality and delicious the breakfast lady makes you an omlette. Owerall it was a positive experience and I would recommend PARKHOUSE hotel for anyone looking for a stylish and well located in Istanbul. Spa closes at 20.00pm.

The staff is super helpful and friendly, which is the best thing about the hotel. The bed was comfortable. The rooms are not so great for this price. They allow people to smoke in the rooms which is a terrible thing for non smokers because the ventilation system carries the smell and smoke to other rooms as well!

Very good location, very helpful staff, adequate size of the rooms, very nice breakfast. Very good internet speed. Sound insulation pretty bad between rooms. Spa needs refurbishment… actually only finish sauna worked properly, jacuzzi didn’t seem inviting at all, Turkish hamam with a broken door (didn’t close properly).

Great location and really friendly reception staff Our maid came to our room and removed 6 x unopened water bottles (which we bought at a shop) - something I’ve never experienced at a hotel. I mentioned this to reception and they gave me more water which was helpful! The lady who runs breakfast sadly didn’t speak English so trying to order was just hard. We tried to use google translate as best we could

The staff was super helpful. The room was compact but well organized and very comfortable. The breakfast was very generous and done with care. The lady at breakfast came over especially to make sure I had everything I needed. The spa didn't have a steam. That would've been a nice addition.

The bathroom was absolutely disgusting, full of mold and dirty. I have never seen anything like that before at a hotel

As an international solo traveler who's been to some of the finest hotels, I must say, without hesitation, PARKHOUSE Hotel experience outshines them all!!

It is ideally located on the Asian side of Istanbul, close to the Metro station at Kadikoy, which goes directly to the airport. It is modern and clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was excellent. No complaints.

Very good location in relation to sights, shopping streets, ferry terminal and bus station. The shower didn’t have a curtain or glass for cover, so when you shower, all the water gets out. Additionally, the showerhead leaked/sprayed a lot at the fixture, so the bathroom was always completely drenched when you finished showering.
