Pera Arya Hotel

The staff were very welcoming, the hotel was spotless, and the location was perfect—only a 2-minute walk from İstiklal Street. We were especially delighted by the beautiful honeymoon surprise in our room, with lovely decorations and a cake that said "Happy Honeymoon", which made our stay truly unforgettable. Maybe room size and some noise when our or our neighbors AC is on. No view from window.

Though the AC in my room was broken (a fan was provided instead), the room was otherwise cozy, functional, and comfortable. Breakfast had a great selection of Turkish specialties (lots of cheese!), and the front desk staff were helpful throughout my stay. Incredible location, super friendly and helpful staff, breakfast, very clean room with everything needed. I booked the single room and it is quite tiny. There wasn't space on the floor to open my luggage, so I had to put it on the bed. But since it was super cheap it is understandable.

Overall I'm super satisfied. It's a very nice small, off the chain hotel with a soul of its own where you feel genuinely welcome. I'd definitely stay here again if/when I visit Istanbul in future. perhaps one thing to improve would be the windows, they don't isolate sound very well. I didn't have much problem with that, but I'd also happily pay extra 20% for the rooms if they were well isolated from the outside noise :)

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The hotel’s location is exceptional, right on Istiklal Street. The room was clean. The breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options each morning. I also appreciated that the window had an insect screen, which allowed me to keep it open and let fresh air in comfortably. The room was so small. However, I had booked the Budget Single Room, so this was somewhat expected and did not come as a surprise. Another point worth mentioning is that there was an unpleasant smell coming from the air conditioning when it was turned on.

The hotel location was great close to everything you are 500 meter far from istiklal in a quiet street the other side is pera 500 meter to the Marmara pera hotel you go down the street in steps arround 10 minutes you are at the bus station called tepbasi if you prefer to use the bus and the sishane metro station 10 minutes walk Galata area is 10 minutes walk They have a nice buffet breakfast small but delicious with enough choice for everyone Nothing it was nice - the have 2 cats at the lobby if you’re allergic or hate pets might be annoying for you

Great breakfast buffet! Fantastic location 100 m from Sisli Metro Station, just off Istiqlal Caddesi. If you are traveling light you can get here by subway from either Asian or European side airports. Fantastic double bed with 4 big pillows.
