I loved how smooth was the check in/out process. The staff is really amazing and helpful. I had an amazing experience with Muhammed Celal, and another Muhammed and a lady who worked during the daytime at the reception. Everyone is super-friendly and helpful. The staff is genuinely ready to help. M. Celal went above and beyond to help us make it on time to our flight in the morning and transportation arrangement. The location is super convenient. It is close to historic places and is in a very safe and nice neighborhood. The facilities are outdated, and some need to be fully replaced (such as safes, refrigerator, etc). The place has an amazing potential and staff.

Nothing The pictures on booking.com is not what you will see once you get there. It was very dingy looking and things wasn't working properly in the room properly. So we canceled our stay immediately and booked at a different hotel

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Porta Romanos. The room was good, clean, and comfortable. The service was excellent, and the staff made us feel very welcome. A special mention to Argesh, who was incredibly hospitable, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. His amazing service really stood out and made our experience even better. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with genuinely warm hospitality.

The breakfast was ok The bottle of shower gel in bathroom cannot pump out the gel, also the shower towel was kind of dirty in the room.

The location was very good, and the staff were very helpful.

The location is perfect. It's like 5 min walk from the tram T1 which brings you to the old city. There is a Carrefour shop nearby. Our windows were to the other building, so it was quite in the night. Everything was working. In general the room was clean and good, just not very new We could hear all sounds from other rooms. Also, the bed was very sneaky. The breakfast was quite plain, not exceptional as they state in the description.
