Everything is fine

We had booked 2 rooms as we were 2 couples traveling together. One of the rooms was big and with the fridge and the other one was tiny. Barely fit our 2 big suitcases. The bathroom is very small but clean.

Good breakfast. Omar is very friendly and easy to work with.

The room is clean and serviced daily. The location is perfect. The breakfast is very good indeed Place is a little dated with peeling wallpaper, for example, but it is priced for what it is so not really a complaint.

We rented a double room (2 adults) and a family room with sea-view (5 adults). The rooms are very comfortable, clean and spacious. Breakfast is good. Located at a location where the attractions are very closed by and within walking distance. Most appreciated with the elevator ! ?. Thank you Mr Omar for keeping our bags after the check-out time (12:00pm) till around 2:30pm.. Will recommend to stay here in Istanbul and will come again.. None. Could be considered for a kettle to be provided in the room. This will be a bonus point.

We had room service every day of our stay, a cosy room with a comfortable and extra large bed, good functioning bathroom and toiletries were replenished every day. Our big thank you goes to Omar who helped us in whatever we asked for

Property was well located in the heart of city, Good breakfast. Didn't bother much as it was just a short stay for us.

Rooms are too small for the bed can't even open the bathroom door all the way there's a strong odor of mold in the bathroom.

The room was to hot due the central air con but they change our room and everything was perfect

Everything. The staff was super polite and helpful. The room was cleaned every day. The location was more than perfect. The breakfast was great.

We arrived early and were invited to breakfast. We were greeted. The staff was friendly. Small room. No coffee or tea in the room. There was noise from the street on the first floor.

The room was spotless, cozy, and so comfortable, I could truly relax after exploring the city. Housekeeping was amazing, changing towels daily without me even asking, such attention to detail! The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of Sultanahmet, 2mins to metro station, near the harbour, and not far to the Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. The staff deserve special praise, every single one of them was friendly, kind, and always ready to help. What impressed me most was their honesty, they immediately informed me when I left some of my belongings behind. And the breakfast… simply outstanding! The traditional Turkish spread was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully served, honestly one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had. This hotel truly feels like a home away from home. I left with wonderful memories and a big smile. I’ll definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul!

Great location in the historic district, the rooms were just right for my family and the staff is great. Beyond helpful. They helped with anything we needed and made everything easier. Wifi could have been stronger. Shower door needs to extend more to keep water from falling on the bathroom floor.

No complain.

Internet didn’t work in the room almost whole stay. In the last day it was probably fixed and in the evening it finally worked.
