Perfectly situated in the center of Istanbul near the galat tower, right at the start of the historic train. View from the roof at breakfast is fantastic. Rooms are little small but clean. Bathroom door in the room doesn’t have a lock, but have holes, hopefully you have no privacy issues with someone you are traveling;). It’s veeeery small, and water always leaks from the shower.

The staff is extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help. A special thank you to Mustafa, who was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. He answered all our questions, recommended great places to visit in Istanbul, and made us feel very welcome. Every request was handled quickly and efficiently, which made our stay even more comfortable. The location is excellent, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and colleagues. We would be happy to stay here again on our next visit to Istanbul. Thank you to the entire team for such a great experience!

I would suggest they make clear in their website from which airport they have a shuttle as we assumed it was from IST and ended up with no shuttle from this airport. Their shuttle driver, Sadettin, was fabulous and helped us organize transport at a reasonable rate. He was outstanding. Check in staff was very indifferent and more focussed on internal conversation than guest service. Hotel was extremely clean and room was comfortable. Check in service, restaurant was very average and service there was also quite indifferent

Breakfast was OK. I think we just weren’t use to Turkish food since we are from the states. However they gave us a box lunch which was delicious. The location was perfect. Public transportation was right at our fingertips. The staff went over and above for us. We had a tour at night and the driver couldn’t pick us up. We had to meet him a few blocks away . Your staff took us there and also met us there to walk us back. So very accommodating. Nothing! Every thing was perfect.

No access to cars n taxis in-front of the hotel. As we had to carry our luggage to where taxis can stop which is I think due to the location of the hotel. And that was only 2 minutes walking! I didn’t mind anyways!

Okay well the AC did seem to have a mind of its own and was very difficult to understand but the staff could change it from their room. I would have kept the doors open all night for a perfect sea breeze but there is a call to prayers every morning at 4:40 from a nearby mosque which I can't even understand. So I guess everybody gets up at 4:40. Has the only reason I closed the doors and had to deal with the air conditioning. I had a corner Room with a big balcony and it was perfect although a very annoying fan in the bathroom and the bathroom was dimly lit. Fill the view made up for it all. The bed was comfortable the pillow one was okay the other very hard.

Excellent location with Istiklal Street and many transport hubs on your doorstep. We walked across the Galata bridge into the the old city rather than take transport. Vibey Karakoy and the the waterfront are also on your doorstep. The rooms were compact but well appointed . There is noise in the rooms especially on the weekends but that is par for the course if you want to stay on Istiklal Street. Breakfast is excellent but the view is unforgettable! What a treat! But the true gems of this wonderful hotel are the staff. Friendly and ever ready to assist you. Alev is the star of the show. She went out of her way to make our stay truly magical and even upgraded our room. She is one of a kind! I would recommend this hotel very highly and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Poor Wifi in the rooms Rooms are on the small side
