Perfect location, there is nothing else to say about that. The room was sexy to say the least, I really liked the decoration and the color palette. Everything is so stylish and has personality. The building itself is rather historical and quite aesthetic. It's a great place for an urban stay. Also, I think we got an upgrade without even requesting it :) Oh and finally, it was my partner's birthday so they offered us a cake! We left the place really happy and satisfied! Nothing really, everything has exceeded my expectations.

Overwhelming…we weren’t expecting so much unusual food for breakfast. Although the service and city view was impressive. Next visit we would skip the hotel’s breakfast. Charm and ambience. Aiken was extremely helpful and even escorted us to an authentic Turkish restaurant. Also gave us much needed advice on how to get to the tourist areas we wanted to visit.

The staff blew me away with their warmth & grace, really setting this hotel apart from others in its class. The decor of this hotel is fun, too. No real desk you can use. The gym is so small it's not really functional, which is frustrating. TV didn't pick up any channels.

The staff were amazing. Housekeeper found my husband's wallet, passport, money, etc. in room and turned it in. Management called us but we were at airport. They sent a motorcycle driver to deliver it. Fantastic service. We were so deeply appreciative that they went above and beyond. Breakfast on rooftop restaurant was really nice. Nightclubs below our room had loud music playing until quite late. Management kindly offered us to move if we wanted to but we were ok as it was just 1 night.

The staff were welcoming and helpful. The location was great. Good breakfast and nice rooftop area. We had trouble with our A/C and it took a day for the staff to fix it. The pool is just a tiny lap pool.

Great location near tram, subway & key visitor destinations. (Galata tower, etc) Easy to get to cultural sites only 2-4 subway stops from main squares, mosques & the grand bazar. Modern hotel, very good facilities. really cool rooftop bar & very kind and helpful staff The room itself was a bit dark & could use more lighting, this may have been part of the modern design/style. The hotel is on top of hills surrounded by cobblestone streets, as this is an old part of the city - this means its charming, make sure to bring / wear comfortable shoes

Fantastic renovated building with many thoughtful touches and a great location. Staff were incredible and helped us book many activities. Rooms were well appointed, clean and quiet. Loved the rooftop bar after busy days around the city. They also have a pretty good gym. Nothing
