Great place to stay location in the heart of the city Staff were friendly hotel was clean and rooms was clean and tidy last year we hawe stayed here that's our second time staying here. I do recommend to everyone to book here.

Great location, good breakfast Room was very dirty, bathroom disgusting with all walls and shower with black mold . I have never stayed in this dirty room . Room and bathroom smell very bad, moldy. I told about this problem to reception but they did not do anything. I stayed in this hotel before one year ago , room was clean, but now hotel changed, they don’t clean the room no changing towels, I would not recommend to stay here . And our room calls deluxe , it’s ridiculous.

The staff was very nice and helpful, the room service great, the hotel’s location great, and the price for the stay was really fair. I highly recommend it and I will book there again if it is available on my next visit.

We had amazing time in Istanbul, the hotel was exactly like in the photos, perfect location, close to absolutely everything you need. Very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was great, everything tasty, the staff were very nice and helpful. We will come back!

Nothing to be liked at all. Not recommended to anyone. Outdated furnishings, a malfunctioning TV, poor internet, and a lingering unpleasant odor from the mattress and pillows characterize this hotel. Additionally, the broken bathroom fixtures and the absence of privacy windows facing the street contribute to an overall unsatisfactory experience. We didn’t had our breakfast because of far distance from the main building.

Location is really great, near all the popular sites, in a nice area, with many shopa and restaurants. The hotel is very clean, and the stuff isp always helpful and kind. You will find all you need in this cute hotel.

Nothing Location: far from the main hotel Cleanness: very dirty with insects and ants in pathroom Treatment: wasn’t able to communicate with reception because they were far from us and when we complain about this he dropped our bags on the street and told us that you need to contact booking before we accept that he will refund us the breakfast cost. Because of being in another location, we wasn’t able to get breakfast, and promised to refund the breakfast which we are still waiting and also booking every time they told us that he will refund !!!!!!
