Nice design room, very clean, nice bathrooms, in great location on a street full of restaurants. Breakfast could be better . In one of the rooms the hairdryier was broken .

Good breakfast with a touch of Turkish flavour. Prepared and helpful personnel at non stop reception. Best of all was the location right at Hagia Sophia's corner, 5 minutes walk from all to be visited places. We got exactly what was promised, nothing negative.

A family run business, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The location is excellent for all the main sites of Istanbul. The restaurant downstairs was also very good and highly recommend. I didn’t find anything I didn’t like. I thought it was superb!

The cleanliness of the hotel, the rooms, the bathroom, everything was perfect.Everything was clean, the room was cozy. They have soundproof isolation, hot water at any hour in day and night. So close to the tourist atractions ( Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque etc) , close to restaurants,close to transportation. The pictures correspond to reality. .

1. Its location and friendly staffs 2. Family room is quite spacious 1. The double room toilet has no lock. Very strange indeed. 2. Breakfast was minimal. Just add scramble eggs would be just nice. 3. Having to shower in a bath tub.

Excellent location so we could walk to all the major tourist sites. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast included was great. Nothing.

location, brrakfast, Comfortable Rooms and the 20% discount on food from Al Burra Restuarant of the Hotel somedays staff missed refresing the toiletries and the lighting was not working 100%.

I booked this hotel as a gift for my sister, because in 2022 we had the time of our life in Istanbul, and she felt the same way, I will always recommend Senatus as my favorite hotel in Istanbul

Location , staff We had the reception book a taxi to SAW airport, we did the spelling. We are sure that the receptionist gave the correct directions to the driver but this took us to IST airport. Not having the navigator with us, we only noticed the error when we saw the airport. We were taken to the right airport, arriving just in time to catch the plane. We didn't even have time to discuss the price with the driver because it turned out to be 3 times more than the estimate and as we no longer had enough cash either in Turkish lira or in euros, we had to do a mix of both currencies where the calculation was done all the driver, deferred in his favor by our calculations of 400 Turkish lira. We ask the Hotel to pay greater attention to choosing the right company and that the driver speaks English. Perhaps it is better to write the complete address and deliver the paper in the taxi, so that there is no margin for error and discussion.

Walking distance to many restaurants, some major sites, local-feeling, not touristy although there were obviously family tourists staying in the area. Breakfast had good variety, though staff could show more friendliness, ie smile, greet guests. Room on top, 4th floor was nice and quiet and nicely furnished. The front door was heavy and rubbed against the carpeting, limiting it from opening fully to bring large, multiple luggages through easily. Lobby decor was dark, seating had a damp feeling and air quality was a bit musty but clean. Front desk a bit cluttered upon guests first impression.

staff always greeted you and were helpful or found someone to help you. they made suggestions that were helpful. one staff explained how to make Turkish pizza and its accompanyments. breakfast was always well presented and many options
