Serai Hotel

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel's location was excellent, with great accessibility and very convenient access to public transportation. The room was a bit smaller than expected, especially for a family with a young child. My wife, our 3-year-old child, and I stayed there, and the available baby cot was designed for children up to 2 years old. Even so, accommodating the cot in the room was challenging, and it left very limited space for moving around comfortably.

Everything was excellent: staff, accommodation, breakfast, central location. After leaving the room, on the way to the airport, the staff contacted us because we forgot some clothes in the room. Thank you very much. The refrigerator in our room did not work. However, the daughter did not want to complain. I believe that the staff would react adequately.

It’s a small family hotel. The room we stayed in was really tiny but clean. The breakfast was OK, but we did not expect much. The hotel is located within a 5–7 minute walking distance from the Grand Bazaar and a tram stop. The shower had mold.

The location was perfect. Staff were very friendly; especially Suzan who assisted me to ensure my stay was as pleasant as possible. Breakfast was small, but the food was fresh.

There was a girl serving breakfast was so gentle and kind, also Susan in the reception was kind to us. It was clean with a good breakfast. The internet was very bad during the night. There was a reception at night that could not speak any English! It is not accepted in an international hotel. Also the soap in the bathrooms was filled with water! Very liquid.

The location was excellent, Beyazit tram station a few minutes walk away. So close to walk to restaurants and to the market around the grand bazaar. The bed was very comfortable and the shower very hot and soothing after a long day of walking. The staff were so lovely, ever so helpful. The furnishings and bathroom were a little tired but for the price of the stay it was excellent value. We didn’t do breakfast but were given food to eat before fasting, this was basic and I assume the breakfast would be the same. Again for the price, it’s all great.

Very cosy little hotel, had a family feel to it. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Nice to have a buffet breakfast before setting out for a hard day’s sightseeing Could do with a larger elevator!

It was very clean and the staff very fruendly. Good price for what they offer.

The hotel location is so close 5 min till grand bazar and also trams Further the staffs are so helpful and welcoming The room is faced to street and room was not isolated well so street noise can be heard inside The floor of shower has kind of tilled that is sliding and when get shower you need to be careful

Loved the location and it was clean! The bathroom had little counter area and I found I had to chase down soap and conditioner.

the room was bigger than i thought, had a great view from the balcony. breakfast was good and had just enough options. the staff are very friendly and welcoming (especially the cat at the reception) the AC could'nt make the room as cold as want but maybe we did'nt know how to operate it

The lady at the reception was kind enough to move us to another room, which was more than acceptable. She also arranged our breakfast to be packed up for us, ‘cause we left very early in the morning. First they put us in a very tiny room, which was also very noisy and nothing like we saw in the pictures. Every 10 minutes we could hear people flushing the toilet. It was so loud we couldn’t sleep.
