The people and the staff were really Nice and helpful . The location is near 7 min away from metro 15 min from Laleli and 20min from eminunu The properly was nice and the staff was so professional, however I would have loved that they cleaned our room without telling them . But everything else was amazing

The hotel is clean. The staff is very lovely, helpful and attentive. The breakfast is always fresh ingredients. We had an amazing stay in Istanbul. Bonus point is the location, you can go to all Istanbul monuments in under 30 min walk!!!

The location is great and close to public transportation. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was well-equipped with everything needed, including a private bathroom, a heater, and hot water always available

This Hotel Place, Area, Owner, Staff, Facility is Very Good, But This Is A Residential Area, Not Great For As A Tourist.

Location is good, especially keeping in mind the price and relatively short-notice booking. Facilities were trying to clean it daily. The room needs to be repaired, bathroom has very unpleasant wet smell. The balcony door was broken, and there were nothing against mosquitoes.

the man from the reception was awesome the hotel wasnt very clean, the ac got mold inside, and the breakfast isnt served in very hygienic condition

Just price of the hotel. It was cheaper, but the atmosphere was not pleasant. The hotel is so small, with the smallest rooms, which is not as clean as it should be. The location of the hotel is so bad, from the Centre it was pretty far and walking by foot was so unpleasant.

Location is good, walkable to major tourist attractions. Owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel needs renovations, outdated interior, linens and towels were worn out. Shower door broken. There was a very bad smell in the wash room, maybe from drainage. After complaining they were cleaning the room and trying measures to control the smell.
