Sirkeci Ersu Hotel

The location is perfect – all the main attractions are within walking distance, the tram stop is just around the corner, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. However, what truly makes this hotel special is its hospitality. I have visited Istanbul twice before, but this is the first hotel where I experienced such exceptional service and genuine care. I would especially like to thank Kristina for her kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness. She was always ready to help and made us feel truly welcome. There was also another Turkish gentleman at the reception whose name I unfortunately didn't catch. He was incredibly helpful as well, and we are very grateful for all his support. My mother uses a wheelchair, and this hotel was very convenient and accessible for her. I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to the massage therapist in the lobby, whose name I believe was Nadir. He kindly helped my mother every time she needed to go up or down, always with a smile and without us even having to ask. When we checked out, my mother wanted to thank him personally and give him her blessing, but our transfer had already arrived, and we had to leave for the airport before we had the chance. We truly hope he knows how much we appreciated his kindness. These may seem like small gestures, but they make a huge difference. The people working here are genuinely kind, caring, and passionate about what they do. They made our stay truly memorable, and we will always remember their warmth and hospitality. We wish the entire team good health, happiness, and continued success. May your kindness always come back to you many times over. Thank you for making us feel at home—we hope to return again one day.

There was the excellence service and location. Included breakfast was varied. The staff was very friendly. Despite we arrived before check-in time, we've been allowed to leave our luggage in a safe place, so we had much more time to browse the city.

It was very difficult to use shower. Very untidy. So so disappointed. On the bedsheet there was spots. Bad table with mirror was in bad condition. It was repaired, but when master came we were in the room half worn and he opened door with his card. It was unpleasant

Having a complimentary breakfast included was a wonderful bonus to start the day, and the overall atmosphere is very laid-back and relaxing. The absolute best part of the hotel is its location in Sirkeci. It is just a short, easy walk to major landmarks like Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and the Topkapi Palace. Being so close to the tram station made navigating the rest of Istanbul incredibly easy.

Location The rooms are old and need repair, especially the bathroom; some parts are broken, and the rooms are not provided with basic necessities such as water or a toothbrush.

location is excellent. Staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is outstanding. room and bathroom are very small. Also $ were charged to our credit card account when we were leaving without our knowledge.

good location and breakfast was good. Dirty, Nothing like what it shows on the picture. One of my room smelled like cigarettes. Light wasn’t working. Most of the things in bathroom was broken.

Excellent location, in the city center with attractions and various shops. The hotel is beautiful, the food is delicious :) The staff is very kind, especially Kristina! She helped two elderly people and also fed people in the evening when they were left with blocked cards and couldn't go out to eat. Kristina put together plates of snacks and fed them :) Thank you very much to her! ✨ The staff treats guests with respect. The room was dirty, the towels weren't changed, and they were dirty.

First of all , i would like to highlight that this review is based on the Value for money approach , the Hotel is really cosey and clean , this the most important thing every body is looking for , second the staff is super helpful and they tend to make everything easy , Room is not big but if fits for purpose very well , room service are around the day and it is clean, the location is really amazing its not very next to Aya Sofia so its not crowded area however its close to blue mosque , the sea , the touristic area all of these places are not more than 5 min walking , 25 min to taksim , and metro station is 2 min walking from the hotel , however i recommend that in Istanbul your trip t the airport should be by Taxi. surrounded with a wide variety of restaurants. for what i paid i have got more than expected , but there were some public works in the street making it a bit noisy (nothing to do with the hotel) , room window doesn't open , for a person like me i lie some natural cold air in the room

STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL..

I had a very pleasant stay at Ersu Sirkeci Hotel. The hotel is very good and has a perfect location, just 1 minute walking to Gülhane tram station and around 5 minutes to Sirkeci tram station or the Marmaray metro, which makes moving around Istanbul extremely easy. The value for money is excellent for such a central location. The room was small, but this is completely normal for hotels in the Old City. Most importantly, it was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of food, enough to start the day comfortably. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Barış for his outstanding hospitality, help, and support. He checked on us every day to make sure everything was fine and that we were satisfied, and he was always ready to help with anything we needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again. The wardrobe was a bit small; it would be great if a larger one could be provided.
