The Bail Hotel

I had 4 comfortable nights in this hotel. very clean and nice staff.. Thanks for all the services. The Metro noise and some other noises which I couldn't understand the origin during the night was a bit uncomforting, but, with this price I totally recommend it.

the location is a bit way down far easy to come down but needs some strength to climb back to tram station

The Hotel was under construction and alterations. No lift. No Shower. Someone's sandals and socks were left in bathroom cabinet.

Elevator was out of service during my stay

Tiny neat bright light and I got free 4 water bottles which is nice even no breakfast arrangements. Too many staircases and it’s no elevator to carry the luggage. It’s good enough for me Thanks No elevator

Stayed here before and will stay again. Great value The spaces are great for a single person. I wouldn’t stay here if I was traveling with others.

The staff was really nice and helpful, the hotel was pretty clean and looked after for the most part, close to plenty of locations, not really noise given it's location. There was some road work when we stayed and they were very helpful with the parking. Decent size room also Keep in mind that its a tight street if you arrive with a big car so you might not like that.

Second stay here- simply excellent. Wonderful staff and they went out of the way to make tons easier for me on my trip. Authentic neighborhood but also walkable to many of the tourist destinations. Nothing to comment

The location of The Bail is very convenient to the major sights. The elevator stopped working while we were there and our luggage was large and heavy.

To get into the city, to the main landmarks, the distance is walkable but it’s a bit up the hill. I walked pretty much everywhere by foot and it was doable. Located near the train station and it’s also close to the bus stop so it’s pretty easy to get around. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Great option of this price.

We recently stayed at this property and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the place is equipped with new furniture, which added a fresh and clean touch to the room. The staff were also very helpful and clearly doing their best to accommodate guests despite the ongoing circumstances. it’s important to note that the property is still technically under renovation. This meant there were occasional noises from workers during the day, and the electricity went off a couple of times during our stay. We also found the elevator ride to be a bit unsettling, so we chose to use the stairs to reach our room on the third floor. Additionally, the parking situation was quite tight; the spot was very narrow, and each time we wanted to go out, they had to move another car to let us through.

it was clean.Very close to Kumkapi train station.No noise from the train station...Tv had internet.Youtube,netflix(use your account of course. no real coffe machine in the hotel lobby.Like a delonghi ori something...There was just premixed 3 in 1 coffee(yuck)

I had a wonderful experience at this recently renovated hotel, perfectly located near the Grand Bazaar and just steps away from the train station — ideal for exploring the city. The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable, clearly showing the care that went into the renovation. But what truly made my stay special was the incredibly kind and helpful staff. Everyone went out of their way to make sure I felt welcome and had everything I needed. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul, and I look forward to returning in the future! One small note: the walls are a bit thin, so I could occasionally hear noise from outside and neighboring rooms. It didn’t ruin my stay, but it’s something to keep in mind for light sleepers.
