The location is very central, close to Istikal Avenue, which , especially at night, is full of life and a highlight of a trip to Istanbul. The room was spacious, clean and with good amenities. Breakfast was more than adequate with a good variety of hot ( not that many options here) and cold choices. Not many complaints. I guess that house-keeping hours were rather erratic. On some occasions , on returning to my room at around 3.00 pm , I would see that house-keeping had still not passed, so I had to wait for them. On other occasions I would come back from breakast and find it in the room! Not really a big deal.... Would stay here again.

Excellent location, as well as excellent value for money. Quite good breakfast, good selection of pastries, vegetables, cheeses and more. Very friendly staff, they helped us a lot with parking the car. I advise anyone who goes by car to ask the hotel staff for detailed instructions on how to get to the hotel by car because the navigation does not work well in that area. Access to the hotel by car is actually very easy (if you do not follow the navigation). The hygiene in the bathroom could be a little better, although I wouldn't say it was bad.

Locatia foarte buna cu conexiuni la toate mijloacele de transport in comun, personalul foarte amabil (1 singur receptioner din cei 3, era mai grestos), parcare, valetii super ok, restaurante bune in zona, ajungi foarte repede pe Istiklal. Nu a functionat AC-ul in camera unde stateam in a doua seara si ne-au mutat in alta camera (au avut o problema tehnica la intreg etajul).

It is always great to get back to this hotel, well located with amazing staff. Because of flight cancellations due to the region condition our trip was delayed for one day, and hotel staff kindly shifted our booking one day without extra cost in a very short notice and upgraded our room that was an extra comfort during a stressful trip. They were responding our questions quickly through booking messaging. I can’t count how many times we stayed in this hotel, but every time was a great experience and this is our first choice every time we travel to Istanbul.

It has a great location and clean room and comfortable bedrooms. We didn't have internet for four days, and the breakfasts and coffee were low quality with limited options. The Turkish spa was out of service.

The rooms need to be cleaned better. The hotel management needs to pay more attention on cleaning. The rooms need immediate renovation. The hotel entrance and reception area are dark. The breakfast hall is not nice and the variety of the food at breakfast needs improvement.
