Gift Hotel is ideally located, just a few minutes’ walk from Galata Tower, Istiklal Street, and dozens of great restaurants and cafés. The staff are helpful and polite, making the stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Gift Hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. Breakfast food spread can be improved

The staff is very friendly, they go over their heads to make you feel comfortable - they arrange everything you need, greet you with tea & cookies. The location is very good, across the bridge from the Egyptian Bazaar, 5 min away by foot from the Galata Tower, 10 min away by foot from metro and bus stations. Tram 1, which takes you to all classical touristic places, is 20 min away by foot. The rooms and common spaces are clean, nicely decorated and the rooms are cleaned daily. The breakfast is different every day and is served on the roof terrace. The rooms facing the street are noisy, but that is not the hotel's fault - traffic in Istanbul is very intense at all times of the day and night.

Breakfast was a bit crowded. Our room could have been cleaned better to start and daily. There were leftover toiletry items from the previous guest when we checked in and the daily cleans were very quick.

Great hotel in an amazing location near a metro station as well. The breakfast was super on the 6th floor with a stunning view. The people were friendly and helpful. We would choose this hotel again on another occasion. Vacuuming and room cleaning of the hotel at 9 am did not add to the relaxing experience we were looking for.

The entire accommodation was excellent. The staff was very friendly (thanks FATIH for all the help). The food was very good, the room was large and extremely clean, heat and hot water at your discretion. I recommend this hotel to everyone.
