THE LİMA SUİTES KADIKÖY

The property is okay to stay. There are all basic needs provided, except washing machines and ironing. Rooms are small and relatively clean. The most important and valuable thing about this place is location, location and location. The neighborhood is great, people are great. Kadikoy is best neighborhood to stay All the needs are very basic

I stayed at this hotel for one night in Istanbul and had a good experience. Special thanks to Çağdaş — he was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, showed me everything. The location is convenient.

Location and price is great , staff are very nice , i paid with card , no issues were faced . The walls are too thin and u can litreally hear everything from the next room . Also u can hear everything from the toilet air vent . Also there was a water shut down , it would be good if we were informed a head of time .

Friendly staff and very city centered location People smoked inside and my room filled with smoke, I had a very bad headache and felt so sick

The location is unbeatable right on a buzzing street full of restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacies. The metro is just a short walk away, making commuting super convenient. The restaurant next door is excellent. The host, Chadash, was outstanding responsive, accommodating, helped us check in late, check out late, and even carried our luggage. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed, and offered amazing value for the price. Nothing major to complain about. Just be aware that there’s no elevator, so if stairs are a problem, plan accordingly

Location perfect for being in the centre of things, very busy. Basic accommodation, but reflected by the price. Helpful staff. water was provided in room for drinking, tea and coffee facilities too, &b TV. Internet very slow but sufficient Check kettle and other facilities before guest arrives, bed getting worn out and sheets too had holes in. no clean down service over night.

My stay at the Lima Suites Kadikoy was very pleasant. The hotel has an excellent location: close to many bars, restaurants, and the Kadikoy metro stop. Upon arrival, I met one of the staff members who eagerly showed me around the hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay here. While there was no elevator or breakfast service, I had a lovely stay for four nights. If you're looking for a hotel with a great location, friendly staff, and a comfortable room, I cannot recommend this place more. Overall, I had a lovely stay at the Lima Suites Kadikoy. The only drawback was the wifi. Albeit, I was staying on the top floor so that may be the reason for the inconsistent internet coverage.

Not bad hotel in Kadikoy area. It's easy to get to metro station and ferry station. There're some product shops, cafes near the hotel. At a room you have a kettle, few cups, tee, mini refrigerator. The room is small. Really small.

Location is good and close to transport, owner is helpful, but bathroom is very tight

Location was good but not the best The room was nothing like what was advertised. It was small, smelly, and filthy. The 'deluxe triplet room' was misleading, as it barely had enough space, and the window faced the backyards. I was originally told my room would be on the top floor, but due to the lack of a lift, I was placed on the second floor. The layout was also inconvenient, with cupboards awkwardly positioned near the door. Overall, a very disappointing stay."

Pleasant

The location is ultra central: in the heart of it all. I've read some of the reviews and they said the rooms smell like cigarettes and it's extremely noise. luckily we were given a room facing away from the street so there was not a lot of noise and I can vouch there was absolutely no cigarette smell. The room is indeed small, but still fits a large double bed, a table with two chairs. I mean...good luck finding larger room in the same area for the same money. For me it was probably the best location I've stayed in Kadıköy. everything you need is only a few steps away: barbershops, restaurants, bar, the ferry dock is a 10 minute walk away. The guys in charge are eager to help you with anything you might need. Thanks Uğur & Çağdaş! I would have liked to have had the location of the parking lot before reaching the hotel, so I can park the car first instead of circling the area. the streets are narrow and you can't wait for long or you'll cause cars to pile up behind you

The location is fantastic. You’re in the very centre of Kadikoy surrounded by so much to do. The staff were very nice and let us leave our suitcase with them earlier. The room was TINY! Definitely looks much bigger on the pictures. It’s not too expensive but I don’t think it’s such a good value for money comparing to other properties around. We later stayed in another hotel in the area which was cheaper and just so much better. The room was generally clean but not spotless. There is no reception available so u need to phone and wait until someone gets there to check you in, overall a bit of a strange experience. (Not due to actual staff though, they were very nice and helpful)
