the location was great, the stuff was very good and polite, hamam was ok first of all the cups in my room were dirty, it was not pleasant at all there was no breakfast (but while choosing and booking a booked an option with breakfast) Also it was kinda noisy because smn was always screaming and arguing at night. And my room was very very dark speaking of hamam - it was ok but not the best one as well as massage

Great location - that's pretty much the only positive. Really outdated! Bathroom was moldy and grout was falling apart. Towels were in terrible condition (which is ironic for a place that threatens to fine you if you stain them). Room was small, but that was the least of my problems given the very disappointing and old room, with a view of a wall. There are plenty of hotels in Istanbul and my advise is to book elsewhere.

Had a great stay at The Westist Hotel & Spa. The location was excellent and well-placed for getting around Istanbul. The staff were also very nice and accommodating throughout. A couple of small things to flag. The internet went down for a day or two during our stay, though to their credit the staff got someone in to fix it rather than letting it drag on. The other thing is noise: you can hear people on the street and a nearby club late at night, so if you're a light sleeper it's worth requesting a quieter room away from the street. Both fairly minor, and overall it was a great stay. I'd happily recommend!

The locations was great and the staff were really nice in reception. Also, the design and style of the place is nice. The free tea at reception was a nice touch. The Air Conditioning was off and could only be turned on by getting reception to turn it on for the whole building. They were nice and did this for us, but it's odd to need to call reception every time you want to adjust the AC. There are thermostats in the room but they informed us these dont do anything since it's adjusted downstairs by the hotel. There was also a big spider in the bathroom and a box of tissues with used tissues in the bathroom. Finally, the comforter for the bed was crazy small, it didn't fully cover the whole bed. They were nice and gave us a second though.

The water in the shower takes some time to warm up

I could hear a lot of noise from the street at night in my room, but in a busy area like this it's to be expected I guess.

Also, the area is really nice and you can easily walk around the neighborhood and find nice cafes and restaurants.

Spa & Hamam were good too!

Nice fresh bold design, surgically clean and modern room, comfy bed and ideal location right next to Istiklal shopping street. Sinem took very good care of us??

The staff were wonderful, especially Mustafa at the front desk — he was extremely kind, professional, and helpful. He assisted us with every detail and made us feel truly welcome. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
