Location was perfect, staff was very nice and helpful, they got us fresh toiletries and other staff daily. Breakfast was also very good.

N/A Avoid this hotel at all costs. The room we booked was not the room we were given. No balcony, no advertised view, completely different layout, and the wrong bed configuration. The staff then spent a long time taking us from room to room trying to find one that matched the Booking.com listing. None of them did. One employee even told us that the photos shown online come from different rooms rather than the specific room being booked, to make the property look more attractive. That explains why what we arrived to looked nothing like what we had paid for. Their “solution” was either to split our family into two separate hotel rooms or put a mattress on the floor because the room only had two beds. That’s not a Two-Bedroom Suite, it’s a downgrade. The most frustrating part is what happened afterward. Despite everything, the hotel continues to insist that the first room was the correct accommodation, even though they immediately started showing us multiple other rooms. If the first room truly matched the reservation, why spend so much time searching for another one? Instead of taking responsibility, they refused every refund request and kept sending us back to Booking.com while Booking.com explained that the refund required the hotel’s approval. We lost hours of our vacation, had to find another hotel at the last minute, and were left dealing with a hotel that refuses to acknowledge what happened. Book here only if you’re willing to accept a room completely different from the one you reserved, and don’t expect accountability if something goes wrong.
