The location was convenient, close to sights and stores and restaurants. The ac worked very efficiently. No elevator (not an issue if luggage is light); no remote control in my room (even though I brought it to the attention of two staff members); bed was made and trash emptied daily - not sure what else was cleaned beyond that during my 5 night stay.

The hotel is open 24 hours, which is very convenient, and the location is excellent. It’s close to everything, including public transport and the tram station, making it easy to get around the city. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay, great service, and a convenient location.

Le personnel est très professionnel, chaleureux et toujours prêt à aider, peu importe l’heure. Je tiens particulièrement à remercier Abdullah pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et son aide précieuse pendant mon séjour. Il a toujours été disponible et a fait le maximum pour rendre mon expérience agréable. L’hôtel est ouvert 24h/24, ce qui est très pratique. L’emplacement est également parfait : il est proche de tout, notamment de la station de tramway. J’ai aussi eu la chance d’avoir une chambre située en hauteur avec une vue magnifique. L’expérience a dépassé mes attentes. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour la qualité du service, l’accueil et l’emplacement.

شكرا علي كل شي ، المكان هادي والحارة امنه مره وكل شي جنبك الترام واي يبعد 4-5 دقايق مشي وفي مطاعم وخدمة الفنادق فيه كويسه كان اكلهم لذيد وسريع وصلنا ساخن

Staff were great. Yusef greeted us on arrival and couldn't have been more helpful during our stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is ideal, not noisy but close to all the sights and transport. Highly recommended!

Clean with a very comfortable bed. Yusuf,the receptionist, was friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendation. He also helped me carry my bag up the stairs to my room, which was greatly appreciated. I couldn’t participate with breakfast because it wasn’t available until 9am and my tour required me to leave by 6:30am.
