Nothing, only it was in good location. Staff behavior was very rough, they are strict for 12:00 checkout if you are 2 minutes late they will give surprise to pay 10 euro extra. Otherwise they will not allow to take your stuff.

Late at night. I thought I paid on booking. So did the receptionist. Went upstairs, falling asleep, manager decides to knock on my door and wake me up after midnight to tell me I had to pay

Very central location, close to main tram and main railway station, close to waterfront for ferries and boat trips, countless eateries close by and on same street. Location couldn't be better. Very very good value Is very good for budget traveller needing central location, clean bed, lock on door Bathroom really needs refurbishment, it would probably make females run away. There was no water for 2 days out of a 4 night stay,, but in fairness this may be a city wide problem, uncertain.

There was no breakfast offered. The location was great. The front desk had attitude, the room/bath was dirty with mold, and there was no good wifi or AC.

Nothing The room was not clean, was smelly and had no lights. So had it changed. The second room had no light in bathroom and I had to use my phone for light, AC was not working so couldn’t sleep due to heat and the plug socket wouldn’t work and was falling out of the wall, so couldn’t charge our phones. We want a refund. It was the worse stay ever. My brother in law only had piping hot water for the shower. The place is falling apart. It felt like I was paying to stay in a run down back alley hotel. But the pictures on booking.com show all good rooms and when I asked the staff why it is not like that, they told me the pictures were old pictures. Don’t stay here. It’s not worth the money.
