The staff especially the Concierge and front dest went above and beyond to make a difficult situation where my wife had to go to hospital so much easier. Without their help it would have been more stressful. When in Istambul again next year we will return to this fine Hotel. Thank you everyone.

Home away from home really! There is a full fledged kitchen but no utensils. I couldn’t understand this concept. Either you offer a full kitchen or not. Otherwise everything else was great

The service exceeded our expectations, Ibrahim and the butler team was amazing. The facilities were excellent and the room was perfect. We stayed at the signature suite. It has 2 rooms with complete bathrooms, a kitchen, living room and a toilet in that area, perfect for a family.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a luxury hotel located in the heart of Nişantaşı, Istanbul, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by warm and welcoming staff who went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel itself is a true gem, with beautifully designed interiors that are stylish and elegant. My room was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities I could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I enjoyed a great night's sleep. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's restaurant, which served up some of the most delicious food I've ever tasted. The chef's use of local ingredients and traditional Turkish flavors was outstanding, and I eagerly anticipated each meal. But perhaps the best thing about this hotel was its location. Nişantaşı is one of Istanbul's most vibrant and exciting neighborhoods, with a great mix of high-end shopping, excellent restaurants, and many cultural attractions. I loved being able to step out of the hotel and immediately immerse myself in the local way of life. Overall, I would highly recommend this small luxury hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional hotel experience in Istanbul. The combination of warm and welcoming staff, beautifully designed interiors, delicious cuisine, and prime location make it a truly unforgettable destination. I can't wait to return! Everything was good.

John, Sahin, Ibrahim, and Nisrin were simply the best.They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, treating us like family. Ibrahim was incredibly kind and attentive, guiding us to everything we needed and making sure we felt at home. Sahin was especially caring towards my son, treating him like a little brother—a gesture that truly made our stay memorable The hotel itself is situated in a fantastic location and exudes luxury.
